I’ve only been using it for a little while, but it’s one of the best budget iPads if you’re not looking for all the “pro” features like video editing. The display is also very pretty in comparison to my old iPad from 2017

The product seems fine - I just hope it lasts longer than the last few laptops we have purchased. The person that helped us was absolutely fantastic - very knowledgeable and helped us make decisions. We bought two laptops from her, and bought an ipad from her a couple weeks earlier!

I LOVE this iPad. I got it primarily because my phone is too small to read from. I’m finding additional ways to use it. The 11” screen is not to large and definitely not to small. The graphics are amazing. I also love that all my Apple products sync and I don’t need to go back and forth to devices- I just grab whatever is convenient.

This iPad is awesome my fiancé loves it for her day to day needs.

The iPad is an iPad and works like an iPad. It's fine, 5 Stars. But, 0 stars for the next day delivery by BestBuy. The iPad was offered to be delivered the next day, so I chose that instead of picking it up at the store. Big mistake. BestBuy sends a tracking number for the next day delivery via Doordash. Next day no delivery. Checking the tracking number at 11pm it show up as still being delivered in 41 minutes and about 66 miles away. The next morning it shows is delayed, last location still 66 miles away. I used chat to find out what was going on and was assured that the iPad was not 66 miles away but in another location and only 32 miles away and would be delivered today (day 2). No show! Chat again the next morning, still delayed. BestBuy was unable to locate the package so I asked to cancel the delivery and refund me. Was told that process would take a few days. The iPad was then delivered via Doordash late afternoon on Day 3. So the iPad is fine, delivery via Doordash sucks. Had BestBuy shipped via UPS or FedEx it would have been delivered the next day and they would have known where it is. Don't trust their delivery date as it's likely a lie so you don't order from Amazon. Order online and pick it up. I ordered another iPad online but for store pickup. Super easy and the people in the store were very nice. Staff very easy to deal with the return of the Doordash iPad.

When I received it, I couldn’t wait to take it out of the box. I set it up and I love it ever since I can do my work and even play my videos. Excellent choice I’m very happy.

Very fast and smooth for everyday use like browsing, videos, apps, and multitasking because of the A16 chip. The 11″ screen looks bright and clear, great for watching shows or reading. Battery lasts a long time — easily gets through a full day of normal use. Good cameras and Touch ID make calls and photos easy Not as powerful as higher-end iPads (Air/Pro), but excellent value for most people.
