Very nice, easy to setup. It was a set by step set up. I had an iPad just like it for 8 years, I like all the new features, it's easy to understand how to open and use them. And the additional memory will be great. The Airdrop feature and software updates are new features that I'm using. And I like that I can add a keyboard. The split view is another new feature that l will be using.

My son lives his new ipad he got for christmas he plays on it and was easy to make account

Ipad is great, would recommend. Bought this to replace another one we had for 9years.

I’ve always had an 11” IPad but decided I wanted one with a larger screen. The size of the screen is great, but I find this IPad is more sluggish and “quirky” than any I’ve had before. I still have an 11”, and find it faster and more responsive.

Buying process was quick and easy. I was greeted immediately, and asked what I would like. They had the exact color and model I needed and the salesperson was very nice. iPad works just great!

Couldn’t be more happy with this product. It runs so smoothly. Needed an iPad upgrade badly and this gave me everything I was looking for. Only thing was is there is no Face ID feature but that’s not a huge issue for me. Highly recommend this device !
