Its a nice ipad, it did came broken, doesnt really charge and it turns off randomly

iPad is better, than the last one, 9th generation.

As I said I didn’t use it when the product gets to her she will let me know if she likes it or not

Good seems to operate as designed on all apps tested.

We got the iPad and it wouldn’t get past the introduction. It kept restarting. I called apple and was on the phone for two hours trying to figure out the issue. It was eventually resolved. The iPad works but the software is glitchy at times. Not loving the new product. No fault of Best Buy though.

I am a student and I use it for taking notes. Only way it can be better is that it works with apple pencil pro.

Great color, easy navigate and transfer data. Size and ablity of product is perfect for every day home or school needs.

Extremely Poor Customer Service – Felt Like a Criminal I recently visited Best Buy to return a brand new iPad that had a noticeable dead pixel on the screen. From the moment I approached the customer service desk, I was treated with suspicion and hostility. Three employees confronted me, and instead of helping or showing any concern about the issue, they interrogated me as if I were doing something wrong. I pointed out the screen defect, but none of them even looked at the device. They just kept repeating “Where?” with stern faces, making me feel more like a criminal than a customer. This is not the kind of experience anyone should have when seeking help with a legitimate product issue. The employees clearly lacked proper training in both product evaluation and basic customer service. It was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and deeply disappointing. Best Buy seriously needs to improve its staff training and remind employees that they are there to assist—not accuse—customers.

Don’t know why they took away the big button. Don’t enjoy the tapping.

Having nothing but trouble with it . It freezes up, goes black screen and gets overheat warning . I will be taking it back

product had a slight crack when I purchased it tried to return with my original receipt within 14 days I was declined on a return or exchange very upsetting due to me just getting the product. Product works well, though love Apple, but Best Buy will never buy a product again after not being able to accommodate me a paying customer.

Nice iPad for the price only issues is I barely dropped it maybe 6 inches and the screen cracked so I’d recommend a case and screen protector at time of purchase

I miss the Home button and hate using the finger print on the side when there is a cover on the tablet. Makes it almost impossible with long nails. The app switcher usually takes a few tries until the tablet complies.

Found it on a good deal! My wife has been begging for one for month and the black friday sale was the only way we could afford it.

The package was thrown onto my porch and left out in freezing cold temperatures until I got home after a 12 hr shift

Amazing, I buyed this one on a deal, it's the best on the market for the price. Juuuuust the battery life it's 7/10.
