I would have gave it 5 stars because everything was perfect up to a week after the iPad stopped charging so I had to bring it back in. Thankfully everyone was helpful and got it fixed

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect "Goldilocks" Tablet - Fast, Gorgeous & Versatile! Purchased: Apple 11-inch iPad Air (M2) 128GB - Blue Usage: Daily for work, school, note-taking, and streaming. I finally upgraded from an older 10.9-inch iPad, and this new 11-inch model is a massive leap forward. I was debating between this and the Pro, but for my daily needs (taking notes, watching Netflix, reviewing documents, and light gaming), this is the "Goldilocks" tablet—not underpowered, not over-priced, just right. Pros: Performance: The chip is blazing fast. Apps open instantly, and I have experienced zero lag while multitasking. Blue Color: The Blue finish is gorgeous in person—it looks sleek, modern, and professional. Display: The 11-inch Liquid Retina display is sharp and vibrant. Colors really pop. Storage & Battery: 128GB is finally the base storage, which is plenty for my apps and media. The battery easily lasts all day for school or work. Accessories: I paired this with the Apple Pencil Pro (squeeze gestures are a game-changer) and a Magic Keyboard, turning it into a lightweight laptop replacement.

Apple user interface is nit very intuitive. I had a difficult time using the ipad when i wasnt within wifi range. It seems most of the function require a wifi connection.

Great product my daughter loves it I recommend to get a case.

I love everything about this iPad except the front face camera … it really sucks and messes up the whole vibe of me wanting this model definitely will be upgrading sooner than I thought

The Staff at Houma store is terrible. I bought 2 iPads on October 7 for Christmas gifts. My family changed their mind. Yesterday, October 30, 2025, Keep in mind, less than 30 days of purchase, I tried to return brand new UNOPENED iPads and was told no by store employee, manager, and general manager. GM offered me a store credit. NO WHERE ON MY RECEIPT, ONLINE ORDER OR TIME OF PICKUP I WAS TOLD IT’S a 14 DAY RETURN POLICY. I was also to by store employee the manager and General Manager have a discretion. Maybe someone needs to look at the manager and General manager on training employees, especially with the holiday upon us. I have spent plenty of money in this store, but after the encounter I had with this store… I will NEVER spend another penny in Best Buy.

Haven’t had it long enough . But didn’t have a good experience buying it. Expected that my old iPad would be transferred to my new one. The associate- manager wanted to charge me $40 to do that after I paid full price for my new iPad . I have always had that service free.

iPad is great BUT Best Buy charged me twice for the SINGULAR item i bought and got an attitude with me and said there’s really nothing they can do. When the girl went to refund me for the extra charge that came out of my account ( same exact price as the iPad ) she tried to keep the iPad i bought and i had to fight her on that saying she wasn’t keeping the iPad and i just need my money back for the second charge. do NOT buy off of Best Buys website!!

Why is the battery dying so fast, it like when I young it dies

This is an iPad that was designed to basically make you purchase the next one up and Apple does not care about sales but just designed like other lower models to move up to the supposedly good Apple Intelligence, which in my opinion this is OK quality not great for other people who do not know how to use the AI which you know isn’t always something I would normally buy but you know I bought one for my girlfriend. She likes it so that’s what I can say. I do not recommend it though, but if you’re in the need for something in a budget, this is

Great ipad but the battery life isn't great we used to have a older Samsung tablet and the battery would last longer that this one

Works ok only I can not get face book account as before.
