Hard to review when it was never shipped, no notice no nothing. Ordered in November and waited and waited got nothing but best but did run my credit card. Poor customer service

Once you put your Apple ID it will deactivate the account now you’re stuck with a useless IPad I tried calling apple they said I will have to use a computer to restart..

I hate it! I have had 3 I pads before this one and loved them all, they changed everything making them hard for a non educated computer person to operate them

Glitches. Returned, second one also had glitches. Will return for refund and wait for a the next model to come out. Been using an I-Pad for years, but this one was horrible.

Had to purchase these more expensive ipads because my original order of 9 lesser expensive ipads was all screwed up in delivery and were returned to them. When I finally convinced them to reship the less expensive ones they were not available so I had to pay more for more expensive ones and they did not take care of me

I bought this Ipad on Sunday; Father Day Weekend. And, then, Thursday it would not power up. I live in Belzoni, Ms; therefore, I will have to drive to Flowwood, Ms to take it to the store I bought it. This is my third IPad from BestBuy. The first two works great and the third one must have been create on the wrong day of the week.

I will never buy apple products from best buy again. I needed a receipt for the Apple Store to unlock my iPad. The receipt needs to have serial number to prove I purchased it. Refused to help me & my iPad 16a is locked to a nonexistent email.
