I bought this Ipad on Sunday; Father Day Weekend. And, then, Thursday it would not power up. I live in Belzoni, Ms; therefore, I will have to drive to Flowwood, Ms to take it to the store I bought it. This is my third IPad from BestBuy. The first two works great and the third one must have been create on the wrong day of the week.

I will never buy apple products from best buy again. I needed a receipt for the Apple Store to unlock my iPad. The receipt needs to have serial number to prove I purchased it. Refused to help me & my iPad 16a is locked to a nonexistent email.

Product eventually arrived but it was an absolute hassle of a process. Don't have anything delivered from them since the can't afford any other delivery service besides DoorDash and it's a major theft risk having electronics delivered this way

a black line appears on the center of the screen. Best Buy refused to do an exchange because it was 9 days past the return date. However, Best Buy said they would do a return if I paid them $50. Nice to know Best Buy can be bribed to do the right thing.
