At first, my experience with Best Buy was very frustrating. I was given the wrong device, it was used, and it was set up incorrectly as Wi-Fi only. Customer service over the phone gave me the runaround, and when I went in person, the Geek Squad made things worse and ended up voiding my iPad.
I returned the next day and spoke directly with a manager, and that completely changed everything. The manager listened, corrected all the issues, made sure I received the correct device in the right color, and even discounted the price for the inconvenience.
Because of how the manager handled the situation, I’m now very pleased with the outcome. Mistakes do happen, but what matters is that they made it right. I truly hope to receive the gift card, not just because of the experience, but because I genuinely enjoy shopping at Best Buy and would love the opportunity to shop again. Being able to use it toward something I really want and just pay the difference would help me a lot — $400 would make a huge difference. I appreciate the resolution and will shop at Best Buy again.

The Apple iPad with the A16 chip is an impressive blend of performance, design, and everyday usability. It delivers the smooth, responsive experience Apple is known for, making it a great choice for students, professionals, and casual users alike.
Powered by the A16 processor, this iPad handles multitasking with ease. Apps open quickly, games run smoothly, and everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and note-taking feel effortless. Whether you’re editing documents, attending video calls, or switching between multiple apps, performance remains consistently strong.
The display is bright, sharp, and vibrant, making it ideal for watching videos, reading, or drawing with Apple Pencil. Colors look natural, and text is crisp, which helps reduce eye strain during longer sessions. The lightweight, slim design also makes it easy to carry around and comfortable to use for extended periods.
Battery life is another strong point. The iPad easily lasts a full day on a single charge with regular use, which is perfect for school, work, or travel. Combined with iPadOS, the device offers excellent productivity features like multitasking, widgets, and seamless integration with other Apple products.
Overall, the Apple iPad with the A16 chip is a reliable, powerful, and versatile tablet. It offers great value for its performance and build quality, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for a dependable and enjoyable tablet experience.

The screen of my ipad became defective after just a month. There is a black line that is getting thicker and thicker, going down the center of my screen.

I recently upgraded to the new 11-inch iPad with the A16 chip in Blue, and it has been a fantastic addition to my daily routine. As someone who uses a tablet for a mix of productivity and entertainment, this model hits the sweet spot for value and power.
The Performance (A16 Chip)
The jump to the A16 chip is noticeable immediately. Everything feels incredibly snappy—from switching between multiple apps in iPadOS to editing high-resolution photos. I haven't experienced any lag, even when playing graphics-intensive games. It handles multitasking effortlessly, making it a great tool for work on the go.
Display & Design
The 11-inch Liquid Retina display is stunning. The colors are vibrant and the True Tone technology makes reading or watching movies much more comfortable on the eyes in different lighting conditions. I chose the Blue finish, and it looks even better in person—it's a deep, premium-feeling color that stands out without being too flashy.
Storage & Battery Life
Moving to a 128GB base storage is a huge plus. It provides plenty of room for my essential apps, offline videos, and documents without constantly worrying about space. The battery life has also been reliable; I consistently get through a full day of mixed use (web browsing, streaming, and note-taking) with juice to spare.
What I Liked:
The Speed: The A16 chip makes everything feel instant.
Portability: It’s lightweight enough to carry in my bag all day without noticing it.
Touch ID: The sensor in the top button is fast and reliable for secure logins.
What Could Be Improved:
The only minor drawback is that the screen is still non-laminated, so there is a tiny air gap you might notice if you are a professional artist using the Apple Pencil, though for general note-taking and daily use, it’s hardly an issue.
Overall:
This is an excellent "everyday" iPad. If you want a powerful, reliable tablet with a modern design but don't quite need the "Pro" features, this 11-inch model is the perfect choice.

Love the ipad but the battery life on it is awful. It can't last a four hour charge. Bought this ipad for my 15 hour flight and i'm not sure how this is gonna go - would buy a pro if it wasn't past its return date & best buy said nothing will be done. In the picture it shows it being used for not even two hours and the battery going from 100% to 17%... Shame.

I’ve been using the 11-inch iPad with the A16 chip for everyday tasks like streaming, note-taking, browsing, and light productivity, and it’s been a great experience overall. The performance is fast and smooth—apps open quickly, multitasking feels effortless, and everything runs without lag.
The 11-inch display is sharp and bright, making it enjoyable for watching videos and reading. The size is a good balance between portability and screen space, and the silver finish looks clean and premium. Battery life easily lasts through a full day of regular use, which is convenient for school or travel.
The 128GB storage is plenty for apps, photos, and downloads, and Wi-Fi performance has been reliable. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that accessories like the Apple Pencil and keyboard are sold separately.
Overall, this iPad is a solid choice for anyone looking for a powerful, easy-to-use tablet for everyday use.
