Product works great, my goal was to use it for everyday tasks and some note taking. The battery life is pretty good. The purchase experience was also great - the attendant helped me a lot.

Bought this for my daughter in college to take notes with a stylus. She is in love with it and has decked it out with a detachable keyboard and stand. She loves the size and flexibility it offers.

This is a really great tablet. My daughter uses it primarily for communicating with her friends, playing games, and drawing. I wish the parental control available from Apple were a little better and more nuanced, but we are very happy with the purchase.

I purchased this tablet for my mother in law to listen and watch her favorite shows. She turned 80 years old but gets around and thinks like a 40 year old. She absolutely loves this tablet. I purchased the warranty just in case something should go wrong and set it up for her also. We love shopping at hest buy for our families electronics needs and they give great service thanks for making my mother in laws surprise birthday a surprise.

Best Christmas gift I could have given him. He was and is thrilled to death, cannot put the iPad down. He constantly talks about how great it is, how fast it is and loves how clear the screen is. Best gift EVER!!!!

Initially went to Apple store in Towson. They couldn't activate THEIR product. After several attempts with Apple support, was told to return to store---which I did. Went to Best Buy and there were minor issues BUT, Geek Squad was aware of the need for a new software update for this iPad and handled for me. Great job guys! It still baffles me why Apple did not know anything about their own product...

Very convenient, I really liked it because it isn’t too small or big perfect size, and you can do anything on it. Last days being charged!!

I like this larger iPad because it’s just easier to see. It stays charged so much longer than my old one. This is my 3rd iPad and love it.
