I love having an iPad. No issues so far. I loved the order and pickup option. It would’ve taken a week or so to go through another platform to get this, but I got it the same day through Best Buy.

Such a good ipad very accessible and very easy to use. It make editing videos pictures super easy

I got this iPad to take notes, and it is excellent. I have a MacBook and you can use the iPad as a second screen. It's very helpful to me as a student. It has Touch ID and it has a magnet on the side so you can attach your Apple Pencil.

Apple always packages products well and provides an easy start up process. The almost 11 inch screen size here is great for apps and videos on the go.

Good and simple for watching entertainment definitely gets the job done.

I bought it used and it works well. It was a good buy.

LOVE! i’m obsessed with the color. originally bought it for college! and it’s super easy to use and it’s good for class! beer purchase ! just need a keyboard and i’m set !!

I’m a graduate student and I love my iPad! I’m still able to use the Microsoft items with ease so it feels like a laptop. Then I used the Apple keynote app for presenting. Man. This thing makes school a bit easier!

I ordered the iPad online and went to pick it up in the store. The customer service at the store was excellent and the associate ensured I got my desired color. The iPad is functioning perfectly and overall experience was smooth.

It’s ok but without a home button it’s been hard to figure which way to swipe. Sometimes it seems to freeze and not move the line up and it doesn’t take my thumb print very good. And stand sometimes collapses. But I’m trying to learn the new changes. Camera for MarcoPolo on the side makes it hard to record - eyes look at the screen makes it seem like you’re looking sideways. So many adjustment from my old iPad.

My IPad came quick and without any issues. It was protected by cushion and cardboard and works as if I bought it new out the store!

Quick and easy to purchase and connect to my iPhone. I transferred all my apps and data from my iPhone and was using my new iPad in minutes. The price was discounted so that was a bonus ☑️ overall a great deal.

This was a great purchase. Works perfectly for everything I needed it for including taking notes.

I love it so much!! only use it for watching tv and playing games and honestly it has helped me not be on social media as much and to just focus on now instead of being so invested on socials!!

The iPad is amazing and I have no issues with the device itself. If you’ve had any of the previous ipads(I had a 6th Gen) and you liked/loved that iPad then this will iPad you will love even more. My issue is receiving the product and/or the communication I’m getting said product. First of all I love Best Buy & I am a loyal customer for 20+ years and I usually never had delivery issues but getting this product was very frustrating & disappointing. My product came 4 days late of the expected delivery and each day before I received this product I was told/saw the tracking and said I would receive it “today” and it’s out on delivery. I even called and/or chatted with an agent and was told the same thing. Maybe FedEx could be to blame as well but the communication between the 2 was horrible. Anyways, the “final straw that broke the camel’s back” moment for me was when I received my product and the delivery box was badly damaged. It looked like somebody possibly opened the box and tried to re-tape it. Maybe they tried to steal the iPad? Not sure what to think. But then the iPad box itself was “dirty” and it looked like it slid across a warehouse floor or maybe the delivery truck. I included some photos but I regret not taking more photos. Anyways again I love Best Buy but this experience left me feeling highly unsatisfied. Hopefully somebody from this company reads this because this can’t happen again.

The associate who sold me the iPad was super nice and helpful. My iPad was easy to set up and really fun to play with.

Good product, I love this ipad and it’s a good size for me and the storage is good it’s like having a big phone . Overall good and i recommend for school and daily life

I love it. It’s just what I needed for travel. Clear picture and easy to set up and sync with other Apple devices.
