I bought this iPad in the month of August 2025 for my husband's birthday- it all went well but for some reason the iPad went display went dark/blank out of nowhere, I tried trouble shooting it to turn back on and it just wouldn't turn on. After too many attempts and growing frustrated, I was able to download the iTunes and iCloud I was able to comeback to live and go into factory restore settings! - ugh never had I ever experience anything like that with apple products - in all I am not sure if this is a lemon iPad - I shall see in the upcoming months. My Husband also mentioned the battery life is a joke :(

Product good but terrible service in the store! Told me a little bit to transfer things ended up over 5 hours and I had to finished it at home after I paid them to do it! Completely dissatisfied and offer nothing off the price! Never again
