Really enjoy this iPad. It has new features that are easy to use at my age as a senior 73. Just slowly, with the finger, slide up from bottom to clear out apps you’ve used. Plus there are many other features that are easy to learn.

The customer service was excellent - and although I walked into the store feeling confused about all the choices, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and patient, describing all of the differences in the various models. We purchased the IPAD as a birthday present for our daughter. She absolutely loves it. So many features and helpful not only with schoolwork, but for entertainment purposes as well. Our sales person was extremely helpful.

I love this I pad, the only thing is the color is more of a gold then a yellow but it’s pretty. It works really well for what I use it for.
