Quick and easy, service was great and helpful. I hadn't been to Best Buy in a couple of years,very nice. This is a gift for my wife , to replace the old one we got at Best Buy, yrars ago. She loves it.

This is just what I was needing! I was within my budget and is working out very well for my intended purpose! It synced with my iPhone 15 Pro without any problems. I am very pleased with this product!

I bought this iPad in the month of August 2025 for my husband's birthday- it all went well but for some reason the iPad went display went dark/blank out of nowhere, I tried trouble shooting it to turn back on and it just wouldn't turn on. After too many attempts and growing frustrated, I was able to download the iTunes and iCloud I was able to comeback to live and go into factory restore settings! - ugh never had I ever experience anything like that with apple products - in all I am not sure if this is a lemon iPad - I shall see in the upcoming months.
My Husband also mentioned the battery life is a joke :(
