And the timing was right as I was looking to upgrade. Staff was quick to being one out for me and was able to cash me out at a kiosk rather than stand in the long cashier queue.

Went from and older iPad Air to this due to memory limits. This tablet functions as well, if not better that the older Air. The only issue is that when getting a case, make sure you get for A16 as it is literally 2mm bigger than other iPads and requires a slightly larger case. Its a good tablet for the cost.

So I picked the latest version out and it should work better than the old which can no longer be updated due to age. Good screen size and color.

Do think that if the item is purchased in your store and the first time taking the product to the Geek squad should be free. Paying to get help to transfer or set up the product should not cost the customer.
