    I got a great deal on my iPad. The folks at Best Buy NW Omaha store were very patient with me as I had login issues with apple. Madison in particular was very patient and got me thru the trade in process. The cover for my iPad is great as well. Very secure and durable but light

The customer service was excellent - and although I walked into the store feeling confused about all the choices, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and patient, describing all of the differences in the various models.     This is a great tablet. I also have an iPad Air M3 and for your basic tablet use it performs just as well. With iOS 26 it is also capable of getting real work done.

    The representative who helped me really did everything she could to make the process work when the normal process wasn't effective, and I was able to successfully upgrade my devices. I would definitely recommend the store and the person I worked with.
