I bought an open box. Even though I purchased this item as an open box new on November 24, Apple showed this item as 90 days old so not entitled to support. I was disappointed that Either best But should have sold this item as used or else made certain this item be cleared with Apple as new.

I got this iPad about two weeks ago. I noticed the power button is wobbly and I was not sure if it’s defect so I went back to Best Buy and they told me it was one day late for the exchange or return and there’s nothing they can do. So I had to go to Apple Store to get it checked out. Apple Store was being very helpful and tested it and gave me a replacement. That was an obvious comparison of good and bad customer service and support.

I’m very pleased with the Apple 11-inch iPad in Blue. I bought it for my kid to use for studying and entertainment, and it has been a great choice. It runs smoothly, handles apps and games easily, and the battery lasts long enough for daily use. The blue color looks really nice and feels modern, and the storage is more than enough for schoolwork and downloads.

The iPad will be great. What is unfortunate is that Best Buy dropped the price within 10 days and I did not notice until the 15 day return and price match expired. In todays CX focused world it is completely crazy to have only 15 day exchange policy
