First of all, I made the order and it came in promptly and packaged well. We have a local Best Buy but since I am somewhat disabled I ordered it online. Best Buy delivers the same quality service in the store and online. I am 69 years old and have purchase several big ticket items over the years. I have no reason to believe that I will ever receive any less quality of service from them. I greatly appreciate their service, quality products and professional staff!
