    Love It. I had an iPad for 7 years and it finally stopped working. I decided to go with a lap top which actually was less expensive. Mistake. I took it back after it malfunctioned, and exchanged for the iPad 11 A16.

    Love the product. Beats my outdated iPad. Use it all the time. Do think that if the item is purchased in your store and the first time taking the product to the Geek squad should be free. Paying to get help to transfer or set up the product should not cost the customer.

    Needed an upgrade to old iPad. So I picked the latest version out and it should work better than the old which can no longer be updated due to age. Good screen size and color.

    Upgraded from my 11 year old ipad. Works great but I am not keen on all this AI stuff. Best Buy gave me a $100.00 dollar credit for my old ipad. Twice as much as Apple.
