    It was a great experience. I went in on June 11 and talked to Neydy who was very nuce and took time to answer my questions. I returned on June 12 snd purchased my Ipad from Duane who also took the time to talk to me and help me. I went to the Geek Squad next so they could download my old Ipad into my new Ipad and then wipe the memory of my old Ipad . The whold experience was very positive!! Thanks Best Buy!

    Great size and thin. Easy to use as it paired with my other apple devices. The A16 chip isn't the fastest, but it's good for the price.
