The product itself works flawlessly, the rating is more concerning the pickup of said product. This product was purchased through my best buy rewards login, and when I arrived at the store to pick up the product, I was told that since my name was not on the pickup, that the staff member would need to clear it through management. This is even though I had the QR code and the product and payment descriptions in MY BEST BUY ACCOUNT! It was eventually given to me, however, the team member "helping" me pretty rudely stated, "In the future, be sure that you put your name as the pickup person." I am not sure if I will continue using Best Buy for my electronics because of that interaction.

We went to BestBuy to purchase an iPad and printer. Haven’t had an iPad in years, so we needed help in deciding. Thankfully, a friendly young man named Danny asked if he could help us. He immediately put us at ease by being patient and kind while answering all of our questions. We told him what features we wanted on the iPad and printer and he took good care of us. He was funny too! When we need something else we’ll go back to Best Buy and ask for Danny.

It seems less user-friendly than my old iPad. I miss the button on the bottom for returning to the homepage. It is not receiving or sending my texts. And I believe there are other apps it is not picking up. I’ve continued to revert back to the old one because it is easier. Mixed feelings about recommending.
