Very light, great colors, perfect picture, still didnt learn all I can do! Really is a good investment!

I have owed apple products for many years and have bought them from Best Buy. Service and quality is the best and will continue to be a customer for the future. This iPad with the A16 chip is smooth and fast.

Meets my expectations I had a previous iPad and this one is faster and sharper

I upgraded from my 2019 iPad and I’m so glad I did! The new display is vibrant and the colors look amazing. It’s noticeably quicker, super easy to use, and overall feels like a great update. Perfect for everyday use and definitely worth the upgrade!

Needed upgrade for more storage on my iPad and his one fits the need. Display is crystal clear and set up was very simple . Use it regularly for reading on the Kindle app as well as searching on Google etc. also convenient that I receive my texts when I’m away from my phone .

I wanted a tablet for convenience and I purchased this as my only Apple device to appease the family. They all have iPhones. I do not, so the iPad was me meeting in the middle somehow. I used my daughter's for a while a few years ago and noticed that the ease of use on this one changed substantially. It works great as expected and has almost anything you could want on it, but it is not intuitive (to me) and Apple products are not in general. I somehow feel "dummied down" by this thing. How much "flicking" does a human being have to do! Also the yellow is not a banana yellow. It's a metallic yellow depending on how the light hits it. Was hoping for banana yellow. It's a good device but I don't see how it's worthy of so much hype.

I love my new iPad and especially the amount of memory I now have. What a relief not to be worrying about being locked out of service due to no more memory. Best buy employees were wonderful to work with & so informative, especially for an older purchaser who is not so tech savvy.

With all info from my old ipad to this new ipad seamlessly transferred by the sales person that did for me made the move easy to accept. I first went to geek squad and was told at the counter that they do not do that service. Totally not acceptable and unexpected. I thought geek squad was there for my use.

Nice small I pad that has very clear and bright screen. Fast and easy to use. Its a nice upgrade from my last I-pad.

I got a great deal on my iPad. The folks at Best Buy NW Omaha store were very patient with me as I had login issues with apple. Madison in particular was very patient and got me thru the trade in process. The cover for my iPad is great as well. Very secure and durable but light

this is my christmas gift to my niece who is struggling carrying books at school due to scoliosis! thank you for this gadget. Im happy that this gadget serves its purpose and very convenient to carry. what my niece loves avout it is how fast it is for school work and how light it is to carry
