    It was a great experience. I went in on June 11 and talked to Neydy who was very nuce and took time to answer my questions. I returned on June 12 snd purchased my Ipad from Duane who also took the time to talk to me and help me. I went to the Geek Squad next so they could download my old Ipad into my new Ipad and then wipe the memory of my old Ipad . The whold experience was very positive!! Thanks Best Buy!

    Great purchase! Thanks to google I was able to transfer all my info from old ipad to my new one. , and I am 78 yrs. young!! Was packaged very well, very protected inside and delivery was as stated , got it the next day!! Easy to navigate the website and find exactly what I was looking for and the price was great and able to at a lower price due to their price match guarantee!! Best Buy is were I always buy my tech and appliances through BB as they have great service each and every time!!

    I upgraded from a Gen 6 Ipad with a home button, and the biggest chalange has been navigating without one.. takes a bit of time to acclimate to the new setup, but the Gen 11 (A16) is much more responsive. Overall a great upgrade...
