I was skeptical about purchasing an opened box item but being on a FIXED income, went ahead and was so so pleased with the perfect condition of the iPad. The performance and super simple operation for someone like myself with a list of mild and more severe disabilities, including the initial setup, something that usually gives me so much anxiety, was seamless. The one small problem I ran into was not with the product, but with the online puchase itself, on the Best Buy website.... I was left confused as to whether the payment had gone through or not, and was worried as I could not find an order #, and yet it seemed to me that the notification showed pymt was recvd. I made a call to the local store the next day, Saturday and was assisted by very kind and patient young man, who found my account and the order/item I attempted to place/purchase, and he completed it, gave me his personal promise, which restored my complete trust and sure enough I recvd the iPad and was and continue to be thrilled with the experience and item. Thank you Best Buy!!!

By far the best tablet I’ve used. Fast, reliable and responsive. Integrates perfectly well with my apple watch, macbook and iphone. Great purchase.

Just right for what I need, work and leisure. Long battery life, reasonable price, and feels a very nicely made product which is always expected from Apple. Actually its my 3rd ipad ;-) Take it every where. Its my daily gadget now.

This IPad replaces my old one. I kept it simple, no keyboard or pencil. I take this everywhere I go, my needed files at my fingertips. I could have upgraded by why - this tablet does everything I need it to at a decent price.

I Love my IPad. It’s Fast, has a clean sharp Image. Perfect for watching something on a lunch break, reading a book during down time, or enjoying music throughout the day.

My last iPad was 6th generation was running slow. Love the look of my gen11th, screen is bigger runs smooth. I chose this one, I use daily nothing to complicating, I use apps that work easy to make notes. The price was amazing, and I got an apple pen easy to use. The memory is a huge upgrade.

The iPad itself was great.Geek squad was wonderful. Customer service very lacking. I asked for the newest iPad at 256gig. I passed on cover since none available in store. So they knew what I wanted. They brought a 128gig model Luckily I caught at register. So they brought a 256g. I had to come back since Geek squad was down people and not taking walk ins for data transfer. Then 2 days later I noticed they had sold me the gen 10 version. Not the gen 11, I had asked for. So back to the store. Got the 11th gen 256 gig, and they tried to make me come back for another appt With Geek Squad. I asked for a manager and managed to get the data transfer immediately. Never said sorry, or offered any compensation for multiple errors and 3 trips. Product great, watch out for their service. Gave 5 stars only due to product and Geek squad. Rest of people can’t even find their inventory.

I use my iPad as my main computing device. I bought an ESR keyboard case that looks like the Apple Magic Keyboard for the more expensive iPads. The ipad is responsive in apps and switching between. The sound is pretty good for a tablet, and the microphones sound good in recordings as well. The camera mounted on the long side is great for how i use the device. The missing content is some of Apple Intelligence. I have them on my iphone, but i rarely use them and they’re not core to my experience. Ive also been testint ipados 26 and it feels just as responsive as in the previous OS, not a given. Finally, when it comes to longevity, I’ve found that storage is the limiting factor that causes the first performance problems. For that reason, I got the 256GB for future proofing.

I bought this ipad to replace my ipad Pro from 2015. It was very easy to set up and get all of my data and pictures transferred over without difficulty. I love the larger screen, fast response, camera quality and the 256GB storage is more than ample for my needs.

The perfect size for my needs. All of the latest technology needed for different applications. Mine has enough memory to be able to save what I need. This is my go to tablet now. I am extremely pleased with the long battery life.

Excellent display and good battery life, charges fast and works well with accessory keyboard. Use at home and while on vacation mostly for email, internet searches, communicating with family and friends, playing games and storing photos.

Great iPad for travel and daily uses. Battery has been great screen great.

LOVE IT!! I was able to watch my downloaded movies on the plane and the battery didn't die and the sound and clarity were perfect.

Reliable, easy to set up, and ready to use immediately, the Apple iPad is a wonderful way to access the Internet whether at home or traveling. I have three iPads and each of them have lasted for years before I need to get a new one. An excellent product.

I took a long while to decide which iPad to get and finally got this for my travels. I don’t need the fancier and more expensive models as it won’t be my primary computing device. Great value even for the 256 Gb storage especially with the Best Buy sale. Had it now for a couple months and it’s been my second favorite device after my iPhone. I use it mainly to watch movies and Netflix which doesn’t support downloads on pc.
