I should have bought a larger screen. But it works well.

Good iPad but I like some of the features of my older one better

Overall- Ipad works as expected. Disappointed in sales staff selling wrong pencil. I even came back in to store to double check. Went home. Set up. Had to return the pencil.

Giving this item 3 stars due to it being different than old model. Geeks did a ok job sitting it up but still trying to figure it out. Don’t want to do some of the things it keeps asking to set up.

Great tablet for the price. I would definitely recommend to others.

Works as advertised. A man short on words. Wish apple would stop changing the power connections on products.

It's apple. We only bought it for one program. Almost couldn't use it.

Works great once opened. However, new touch is not easy to use and does not always work.

I bought an open box. Even though I purchased this item as an open box new on November 24, Apple showed this item as 90 days old so not entitled to support. I was disappointed that Either best But should have sold this item as used or else made certain this item be cleared with Apple as new.

It’s a good quality unit, but I don’t care much for the fingerprint feature.

I got this iPad about two weeks ago. I noticed the power button is wobbly and I was not sure if it’s defect so I went back to Best Buy and they told me it was one day late for the exchange or return and there’s nothing they can do. So I had to go to Apple Store to get it checked out. Apple Store was being very helpful and tested it and gave me a replacement. That was an obvious comparison of good and bad customer service and support.

I’m very pleased with the Apple 11-inch iPad in Blue. I bought it for my kid to use for studying and entertainment, and it has been a great choice. It runs smoothly, handles apps and games easily, and the battery lasts long enough for daily use. The blue color looks really nice and feels modern, and the storage is more than enough for schoolwork and downloads.

The Apple Ipad is fine. But Best Buy refused to honor the trade-in since it was engraved on the back, in spite of an almost new condition.

New IPod, great, reliable , quick to respond, great resolution!

Good ipad ,too bad that doesn't have the 3.5 headphone jack.

Don’t care to much about where you have to open the screen.
