I’m thrilled with my new iPad! The customer service was excellent - and although I walked into the store feeling confused about all the choices, the salesperson was very knowledgeable and patient, describing all of the differences in the various models. I chose the one that suits me perfectly and I’m now very satisfied with my new purchase!

I give Best Buy the 5 stars but the item gets 4. The instructions for set up were inadequate for me and the iPad locked up during set up. If it weren't for Best Buy's tech support I probably would still not be able to use it! They were great and got everything working quickly.

Great device, fast download and plenty of space. Picture is clear and sharp, camera could be a little better for the price but still takes decent pictures.

Will purchase again! Everything I wanted and more.

I purchased this Ipad to replace an older model Ipad I have that crashed. I am a care giver for my sister who has severe Alzheimer's and I want to download apps to use to help with memory recognition. Very happy with my purchase, It's easy to use, to download apps and I'm excited to get it all set up.

This has been a very helpful item to have around the house. It gives my iPad that I use outside the house a break.
