Great IPAD! Much faster and lots of space! Holds many photos

Love the new ipad purchase. Fast, battery last for a long time.

Item is fine. Best Buy "price match" is a bit of a scam. Salesmen upsell the "call our number, they'll search for the lowest price and refund you the difference within three months!" This is NOT the case: You get a call center in India, they ask you to provide links to lower prices and will only search when you ask. They will inevitably NOT find a lower price, and if you see a lower price in the same store? Well those "internal" promotional prices are not eligible. Overall we've bought several things from BB over the past three months and have been happy with the products (and purchase prices), but the now-obvious corporate shell game of "price-matching guarantees!" has really soured us on future purchases.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas. Her laptop died and she was looking for something that she could use for college that she could write on for note taking. Not sure how that will work for her, but she loves this Ipad. She is an RA at college, and she has to do a lot of design stuff and so far, she has worked nonstop and this Ipad has kept up with her!

I was skeptical about purchasing an opened box item but being on a FIXED income, went ahead and was so so pleased with the perfect condition of the iPad. The performance and super simple operation for someone like myself with a list of mild and more severe disabilities, including the initial setup, something that usually gives me so much anxiety, was seamless. The one small problem I ran into was not with the product, but with the online puchase itself, on the Best Buy website.... I was left confused as to whether the payment had gone through or not, and was worried as I could not find an order #, and yet it seemed to me that the notification showed pymt was recvd. I made a call to the local store the next day, Saturday and was assisted by very kind and patient young man, who found my account and the order/item I attempted to place/purchase, and he completed it, gave me his personal promise, which restored my complete trust and sure enough I recvd the iPad and was and continue to be thrilled with the experience and item. Thank you Best Buy!!!

The iPad itself was great.Geek squad was wonderful. Customer service very lacking. I asked for the newest iPad at 256gig. I passed on cover since none available in store. So they knew what I wanted. They brought a 128gig model Luckily I caught at register. So they brought a 256g. I had to come back since Geek squad was down people and not taking walk ins for data transfer. Then 2 days later I noticed they had sold me the gen 10 version. Not the gen 11, I had asked for. So back to the store. Got the 11th gen 256 gig, and they tried to make me come back for another appt With Geek Squad. I asked for a manager and managed to get the data transfer immediately. Never said sorry, or offered any compensation for multiple errors and 3 trips. Product great, watch out for their service. Gave 5 stars only due to product and Geek squad. Rest of people can’t even find their inventory.

Just right for what I need, work and leisure. Long battery life, reasonable price, and feels a very nicely made product which is always expected from Apple. Actually its my 3rd ipad ;-) Take it every where. Its my daily gadget now.

My last iPad was 6th generation was running slow. Love the look of my gen11th, screen is bigger runs smooth. I chose this one, I use daily nothing to complicating, I use apps that work easy to make notes. The price was amazing, and I got an apple pen easy to use. The memory is a huge upgrade.

This iPad is awesome. Colors are beautiful! I purchased it for my grandson. Best Buy notified me within an hour that it was ready for pick up.

This IPad replaces my old one. I kept it simple, no keyboard or pencil. I take this everywhere I go, my needed files at my fingertips. I could have upgraded by why - this tablet does everything I need it to at a decent price.
