Best Buy could not deliver iPad to UPS and posted UPS delay for 3 days when I got thru and shipped one overnight (4 days). Eventually shipped another one and had to return. How they treat a best customer!

The 11” A16 iPad was a replacement for my old iPad Air II, which is still working BTW. The slightly larger screen is a nice upgrade. The power button/fingerprint scanner takes some getting used to compared to the “Home” button fingerprint scanner of the older iPad. My primary use is Internet browsing. I’m not playing games or conducting business on it. It’s just entertainment for me. The charging speed is surprisingly fast compared to the older model, even when the older one was new. I do wish that it had a headphone jack, though. I just prefer lightweight open air headphones over earbuds. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Definitely a great deal and perfect for what I needed for my retirement. Everything in a small portable device that is big enough that reading is not a problem and sound quality is perfect for every app or show I have on it and still has a huge amount of storage left over.

I recently purchased this tablet as a replacement for an iPad mini that I had for a long time. I do not have any complaints about this device. I gave my old iPad to my 11 yr old and he is super duper happy because it works great. I decided to get a new one for travel. It beats lugging my laptop around in my tote bag which makes it heavier. I love the convivence of it, the speed, battery life and the display is amazing! Great product!
