Great overall tablet, I use this to consume media, play games (COD, Balloons, ECT.) and type up documents. This tablet will last most people at least 5 years if I had to guess, its quite fast and pretty thin but not too thin. This iPad does not use a “laminaited” display meaning there is an “air gap” between the display and digitizer. Most people who know about this complain about it but I believe not having the laminaited display (that you see on higher end tablets I.E. iPad Pro, iPad Air) is a great thing BECAUSE it makes repairing the iPads display much easier/cheaper. One must have accessorie for this Id have to say would be Apples keyboard case. The keyboard and back of the case attaches magnetically to the iPad, its quite secure. The back of the case has a built in kickstand that gives you multiple angles to adjust the angle of the tablet. Overall Im real happy with my purchase and think for most people this would be the best iPad to buy. Its cost effective, its fast and does 95% of what any other iPad does.

Easy to take with me, nice screen display, and timely response to Apple Pencil. I got this to create art, and it does everything I wanted and more for a reasonable price!

I love my iPad. Best Buy did a great job with the packaging and delivery of it. They even delivered it a day early exact color. I wanted exact size exact everything. Love my iPad.

Best Buy could not deliver iPad to UPS and posted UPS delay for 3 days when I got thru and shipped one overnight (4 days). Eventually shipped another one and had to return. How they treat a best customer!

I'm a first time buyer, It was suggested by my niece. I've only used a desktop but needed a laptop. I'm glad she told me to buy an ipad. I enjoy everything about it--size, color, performance, screen view, etc. It couldn't be better. Great for seniors. I'm 76 years young.

Very easy to use coming from iphone and great color and storage options.

I was skeptical about purchasing an opened box item but being on a FIXED income, went ahead and was so so pleased with the perfect condition of the iPad. The performance and super simple operation for someone like myself with a list of mild and more severe disabilities, including the initial setup, something that usually gives me so much anxiety, was seamless. The one small problem I ran into was not with the product, but with the online puchase itself, on the Best Buy website.... I was left confused as to whether the payment had gone through or not, and was worried as I could not find an order #, and yet it seemed to me that the notification showed pymt was recvd. I made a call to the local store the next day, Saturday and was assisted by very kind and patient young man, who found my account and the order/item I attempted to place/purchase, and he completed it, gave me his personal promise, which restored my complete trust and sure enough I recvd the iPad and was and continue to be thrilled with the experience and item. Thank you Best Buy!!!

Upgraded to this newer version. Love the bright color, and so far, everything has been working fast and well.

This is a great tablet. I also have an iPad Air M3 and for your basic tablet use it performs just as well. With iOS 26 it is also capable of getting real work done.

I honestly love it and have had no problems. It came in perfect condition just make sure to get a case and screen protector. I’m a freshman in college and it’s been perfect.

I have had my new iPad about a month and have really enjoyed it. The battery last so much longer and processor is fast.
