We have been very happy with our tablet. The technique goal support was excellent. The young man helped us, and we so much appreciated his courteousness to us.

It's okay. Not bad not good. Just the normal ipad experience.

Replaced iPad Air (A2200) purchased in 2019 that suddenly bricked (error 4304). Ordered online, picked up @ store a few days later. Then onto Tmo to activate e-SIM and restore all data and apps, and I'm a happy camper again.

I was approached to ask what I needed. The salesperson went straight to what I needed. She asked if I needed other items to enhance the product which was needed. She was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Absolutely amazing service always. Enjoy the products , services and customer support. The iPads were purchased for business and they work smooth and fast. No complaints . Also the total care is well worth the $150 a year.

Yeah it doesn’t have all tge bells and whistles (like headphone hack) bug it’s fast abd sturdy, And a whole lot more storage which was necessary!

OK, so we purchased this iPad after seeing the iPad in person. The iPad was an open box in fair condition. We were a bit skeptical before we even opened the box. We were worried that the item would be damaged in many places, but we had been looking for an iPad for some time. The sales guy opened the box and to our surprise the iPad was in perfect pristine condition. The only thing that was missing from the box was the charging block and cable. This is why I was put in fair condition. So heads up to any customer looking at open box items not all items are actually damaged. Some might be missing a simple $22 cable. The iPad itself had no scratches dents or any damage. It even had the plastic from the manufacturer still around the side. We saved over $150 on this item by simply asking the sales guy to review the item before we bought it.

Things are way easier when I use this iPad especially for the kids when we go on road trip they get to watch movies
