Customer Ratings & Reviews

We're replacing our laptop with this iPad, combined with a keyboard, and it's meeting all our needs. Only thing that keeps it from a perfect score is the high price.

Had an older version without a lot of storage It was really slow This is such an improvement Works great

I ordered this new iPad for my autistic grandson. Therefore, I had a lot of questions. Customer Service was great and the device has met our expectations.

This iPad is great. I am happy with my purchase and love the speed & clarity

OK, so we purchased this iPad after seeing the iPad in person. The iPad was an open box in fair condition. We were a bit skeptical before we even opened the box. We were worried that the item would be damaged in many places, but we had been looking for an iPad for some time. The sales guy opened the box and to our surprise the iPad was in perfect pristine condition. The only thing that was missing from the box was the charging block and cable. This is why I was put in fair condition. So heads up to any customer looking at open box items not all items are actually damaged. Some might be missing a simple $22 cable. The iPad itself had no scratches dents or any damage. It even had the plastic from the manufacturer still around the side. We saved over $150 on this item by simply asking the sales guy to review the item before we bought it.

This model is amazing as a college student I need something that was going to help me multi task a lot of things.

Like all the features that it has. The capability that it has and the growth that it can handle.

Excellent ipad ,works very well and I recommended it to my friend and sister.

he iPad is impressively fast and responsive. Apps open smoothly, multitasking is seamless

Bought for my youngest, she is smitten with it, but i think it's more her having her own iPad then the overly awesomeness of the device. Great Christmas present if you have the money!
