i am just here for the gift card but i guess the ipad is cool.

I am extremely disappointed with BestBuy's service and will not be purchasing from this site again due to the misleading information provided about my recent purchase. First, the product was listed as an "open-box" item in excellent condition with all original accessories included. However, when it arrived, only the iPad was included—there was no charging cable or adapter. When I contacted customer support about the missing accessories, they apologized and instructed me to visit the nearest store with a QR code receipt to receive the missing items. I asked if they could ship the accessories, but they refused, citing their policy against shipping missing parts. I even asked a friend to visit the specific store they directed us to—a trip that took him 2 hours each way. Upon arrival, the store staff informed him that the information we received from customer support was incorrect and that they don't offer such a service. This experience has been frustrating and time-consuming. It reflects poorly on BestBuy's commitment to customer service and integrity. Providing false information and causing such inconvenience is unacceptable. I'm tired of hearing the same scripted apologies without any real resolution.

Trying to put in logic case, glass has crack in the corner. I had to go to 3 Best By stores to get 11 inch pad air. This was Christmas gift for my wife, it was as if case was to small. It was super tight. Disappointed husband.

It’s Apple. They change 2 things and slap a price tag over $1000 on it every year. What else do you want to know

The ipad itself is fine, it's just an ipad. The BestBuy SHIPPING experience is PATHETIC! Requested the ipad be shipped to my address, after their website told me it would be delivered the next day. They send it through some kind of shipping service called "OnTrac" that didn't deliver it when promised the next day. Then they delivered it the 3rd day, and the item in the box was ear buds. Totally incorrect item. Went to BestBuy's online chat, couldn't get them to understand what happened. They finally got a clue, and made a new order for me. Then I get messages saying it wouldn't be delivered for another 3 days. On that day, (6 days after I've ordered) BestBuy says it will be delivered, but the "OnTrac" website says it won't. Then that night after everyone in the house has gone to bed, it's delivered at 10:05pm. Left a $600 dollar ipad sitting on my front steps while I'm sleeping. If delivered during normal hours, I would have received it upon arrival. But they deliver expensive items late at night, so they are vulnerable to porch pirates. Never again will I order anything from BestBuy. And I'll seriously consider never darkening their door to purchase something in store. They have serious customer service issues.

Garbage! At 12 months and two weeks this iPad failed to charge. Geek squad says it would be better to buy a new one than attempt to fix and would not consider putting a warranty claim in two weeks after its expiration. $550.00 for one year of use is unacceptable! This will be my last apple product.

The iPad overall is very nice and the package came very fast

Battery life drains too quickly. It only lasted for about 5 hrs from watching videos or online gaming.

The shipping was a little slow but the iPad itself is not working correctly either. The screen is glitching on and out, the colors are messed up and just very disappointing. I was setting up for my child and he’s going to be disappointed Christmas morning.

The iPad air is way too dim to use in a bright room. I also has a grey tinge to the screen.

I bought this item for my daughter who is really good at art and I also purchased apple pencil. Delivery which was suppose to drop that off at my door , or at least gave me a text or call, dropped that off in front of the entrance door, took a pic and ran away( my wife noticed her ) . There was two items one box and one small package. Both of the packages were apple pencils, so instead of Ipad and apple pencil, I received two apple pencils. I contacted customer service which is no help at all, and I returned one of the apple pencils and requested refund( i was also fine with the replacement). After three weeks of calling texting they are not returning my money. Delivery company which Best Buy used is named Roadie. Beware people they robbed me. I am trying to prove my honesty and truth, I ll do my best. I worked my @&$ off to earn money for my kid. I have never been so vulnerable in my life.

I originally am an android user. Having trouble getting used to the slight differences. Not being able to organize the front page is really hard to get used to.

Battery life is the only bad thing about it. Other than that it’s your basic iPad with touch ID

Item poorly packed, damaged, Best Buy was of zero help. Empty promises of a resolution. Managers of no help either. Customer service like it used to be non existent. Customer is not valued.

Salesperson asked me to consider renewing my “Best Buy card” never mentioned it was a citi credit card, appreciate the 10% rebate I guess I will receive at a later date but feel I was mislead into getting another credit card I don’t want or need

I dislike apple products because they are a greedy corporation and android is better. My wife likes this though.

Unhappy about non splitting keyboard. I also miss the home key. Hate sweeping up down bottom.
