Emails showing up many hours late. Everything else is ok.

Unfortunately this sale was completed with fraudulent use of my credit card. so not much I can say about product except that you have zero security and protection for such theft. Why nobody bother to verify identity of person picking up iPad?

Did not receive the order even though it was the delivery fault by FedEx and best buy and never got the resolution from both the companies. Never gonna avail the services of this company again

I use the ipad to watch videos and also sometimes use it as a second display for my macbook. The lightweight design makes it easy to carry around or hold for long periods. The sharp screen really stands out. Battery life is another big plus; it holds up all day without needing constant charging, which is super convenient. Overall, it’s a sleek, reliable device that’s great to use. Also, I got it on $100 discount from Best Buy.

Battery performance is too bad not even running for 12hrs. Tried to reach tech team but no help as diagnostics is green.

Excellent item, unfortunately, I had to return it for a full refund. The salesperson failed to give me the proper (cellular) version. Even after I explained my personal needs with him.

This review is for an 11 inch Ipad Air purchased for my wife a few days ago. Best Buy was fast in shipping and i received it in good shape. She loves this Ipad and has for the past several years. It is really fast and really clear with really great features plus it is light and has good battery life. Really good buy.

Returned due to overheating and poor battery life of 4 to 5 hours max. Even went to apple store to get it checked, and they recommended to return it after they formatted the device and ran their diagnostics.

I specifically bought this to read comics on and it's fantastic at it. It's lightweight and the great screen + high DPI + form factor is perfect. Pages pop almost better than in physical form. I also use it for managing my home automation dashboard and streaming media, and it's flawless at that. May have been a bit overkill on the specs for what I need it for, but I'm fine with buying more than I need to future-proof it and the display and weight were the driving factors for me, which it delivered on. My only critique is that the placement of the front-facing camera means I look extremely awkward on video calls if I try and hold it in portrait mode, I'm constantly looking off to the side at an angle, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that most people do calls in landscape, and you can't really have it both ways.

I haven’t received my iPad and was never given a return. I will never do this again.

I recently upgraded from the iPad Mini 6 to the iPad Air, and I’m so glad I did! I mainly wanted a bigger screen, and it’s made a huge difference. I use the Freeform app a lot, and having more space to work with makes it so much easier to navigate. Reading and watching videos are way more enjoyable too—everything just feels more immersive. Despite the bigger size, it’s still super lightweight and easy to carry around. Overall, I’m really happy with the upgrade. If you’re thinking about switching to a larger iPad, I’d definitely recommend the iPad Air! Best Buy had the best price with trade-in so please check their trade-in program before you buy elsewhere.

The iPad is not charging. I will not buy any more apple items from Best buy. Customer service was no help. Over $600 and I'm stuck.

Excellent tablet, great price point, beautiful screen, great centered landscape camera now, 128GB base model, M2 processor, and iPadOS. What else could you want? Better get this one and be future proofed for the next 7-8 years than to get the cheapest iPad and not get updates in just a couple years.

This is my first ipad and i'm in love. It's huge, only 2 inches smaller than my 13" macbook. The purple color does look silver in certain lighting. It's pretty, sleek, and lighter than my phone.

I have really enjoyed this iPad so far. It is my first one, so I do not have anything to compare it to. However, it is very fast and sleek and I like it a lot. I bought mine open box, and that was definitely worth it.

First time owning an iPad and this one is worth it. Very nice and clear image, runs fast.
