Had it for six months and the fingerprint button has stopped working. And it never felt comfortable being on the side. Another thing is not covered not covered with the Best Buy warranties not covered.

Love my new iPad it’s exactly what I am looking for to do my school work.

Unfortunately it didn't come with charger. I do understand it was open box but they wouldn't send another charger and wanted me to send it back after I entered all my info on it. Oh well. I guess. I've ordered before but will not recommend open box crap. And yes it was included with purchase, just an empty spot under ipad

I like the product, it's flexible to use and I like the color.

The apple m2 and keyboard did not match therefor I had to return them both.

Everything is good, but the box is kind of slightly damage.

Good for using Only issue is with battery life and iPad thin

It’s all about the sale the salespeople will tell you what you want to hear and blow smoke up your rear with Behave no problem with the product

Battery does not hold charge very long. With today’s technology they could do better

Figured out that apple Ipad air doesnt have a specific instagram app instead, they use iphone instagram app and you can zoom it in, plus I expected to have a better screen but then i figured my samsung s9 fe had a better brightness and almost same quality of ipad air, disapointmnet

This review is for the purchase of Apple 11-inch ipad air. Item came open- The original packaging was ripped open and Ipad packaging was partially open. Extremely disappointed that Best Buy would deliver an expensive product in such condition. I chatted with two customer service representatives and talked on phone with one representative and no one seemed to take responsibility for it. As it was a late holiday gift for a family member, i decided to keep the Ipad but thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with Best Buy and the whole experience.

Not able to work with it as I thought. Not working for me.
