Thought I could save a few bucks buying the refurbished product that Best Buy claimed to be in like new condition. Outside looks good but the I-pad will shut down on its own periodically. We have tried all the updates and software fixes that were available and they couldn't stop it from turning off expectantly. I suspect that's why this I-Pad was returned the first time. I would like a reply from Best Buy as we spent too much time trying to fix the problem and now it tells me it is too late to return the item.

Needed to update my iPad since Apple stopped providing security updates for it. Very disappointed in the new iPad Air M2. I knew that there was no headphone jack or home button. But I didn't realize how poor the replacements were implemented. What was done with a single button push now takes one, two or three swipes. Overall it has lost the Apple feel. It's awkward to hold, things don't always work, etc. I feel like I'm using a Android product.

The item was great, apple is a good reliable product, I think I can speak for everyone one that, the reason I am giving 1 star is because of customer service, I told the worker to not run my credit and he did after knowing I still had a valid open credit with Best Buy, he lied to me and said he didn't, but it should up on experian, you can’t trust anyone now a days I will take my business elsewhere, new means of consumption, amazon, here we come…

I would love to review this item as I was really looking forward to own it; but, Door Dash supposedly delivered the tablet to my work address (didn't want porch pirates to get it); they didn't take a picture; and no one in the office building has found the package. I will give Best Buy kudos for saying they would send me a replacement; of course, I insisted they don't use Door Dash. Once I receive my replacement, I will post my review of the tablet.

I purchased 2 iPads different colors that were not in stock at the store. I was told only one could be shipped (received) and the other I had to pick it up at the store. I went to the store because I had not heard anything to discover the purchase was refunded. Of course, they have none in stock and if I purchase it later, it’s at full price! The rating is for service. As for the IPad, I never used it and there is no N/A to select.

Was wrong product afraid to buy open boxes now but everything else has been good

It was never delivered by the shipper and I have been told that I would not receive a replacement or refund. I have spent @ $7,000 this year alone at BB, but I will never purchase anything again due to this incident and the customer service follow up. I requested a call from the group investigating the non delivery and it never occurred.

Why does Best Buy FUMBLE EVERY single online order ? Why are your logistics so terrible. WHY IS YOUR ONLINE SUPPORT SO AWFUL ? wWhy do you burden your customers with your operational challenges and NOT give them adequate support in fixing your FUMBLES and lost items.3 weeks and still NO TABLET.

Someone delivered it to the wrong house or stole it, Doesn’t even look like what I put. It’s nothing wrong with the way I put the information in and it’s the same every time.

horrible delivery, best buy is now using Door Dash?? the package was well beat up, smelled badly and a day late... save your time and money go to Apple and pick up in person or have Apple send it by a real delivery company ... WTHeck Best Buy???

Sad disappointment. I have always owned Apple products, they have gotten progressively worse. This was the worst product I have ever purchased.

iPad doesn’t even turn on anymore. No it was not dropped and yes I have tried all the steps to turn it on.

I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again!!!! My delivery experience was horrible and a big hassle.

Really enjoy the look and feel of my new IPad. Great keyboard response and was easy to setup. Improved battery time and screen.

Liked the lightweight, faster with a 256g. The camera is great with such clarity of the photos

Over the past 15 years I've owned every level of iPad that has been made, and after using the iPad Air with M2 chip, I see no reason to spend the extra money for the Pro version anymore. Great iPad, good power, excellent screen sharpness.

Bought this online for pickup. Everything went so smoothly. Love this new Ipad Air.

I have been an IPad user for as long as there have been IPads...my wife and I decided to retire our older IPads as our wedding anniversary present to each other. We were really amazed how easy the startup and transfer from the older IPads to our IPad Air. After using our new IPad comparing features we are very glad we upgraded! Much improved experience!
