    I was looking for a new IPad so I called and talked with a tech support person. He was able to match the price I had been quoted by another store. When I picked up the IPad they were going on sale the next day so I got another discount as well. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Will definitely shop there again.

    I love my new iPad, it’s perfect for what I need it for. The customer service with Best Buy is always great. I am disappointed that chat gpt is not available on the iPad Air, and I don’t like how the format is when typing documents. But aside from those two small things it’s a great tool to have.

    Love this new iPad. It’s super responsive, great colors, and the perfect size to bring with you on the go or play a game at home. The purple is a very light pastel, almost silver. It’s not as bright of a purple as I would like.
