Excellent addition to IPad lineup. Very happy with purchase which was to replace an aging IPad Pro model. Screen picture quality and others features re good ,especially at the nice price point I received through Black Friday promotions. Best Buy staff along with on-site Apple representative was superb.

What a nice upgrade from the iPad 9! Crisp edges and clear screen.. just do it!! Best Buy is awesome and was great to work with on the store pickup.

Only gave 4 stars because It’s not a blue like in the picture and what I was expecting…more like a dull silver. To the point I took mine back to Best Buy because I thought they gave me the wrong iPad lol. The iPad itself - fantastic! I travel roughly 20+ weeks a year and wanted something to watch movies on the plane and at the hotel.

Perfect for what my wife needed. Great size if you need something to do basic things.

This IPad is definitely fast with the new 3rd generation chip downloads speeds and streaming is awesome!!!

The iPad itself is good, but finding a compatible protective case has been a real challenge.i would have given 5 stars if I could find a good case.

So happy with the pricing and ease of use. We love to use Best Buy because of the coverage there. Worth it if anything goes wrong and you want a brick and mortar store to help!

Traded in my iPad Air 4th gen for this new 11inch iPad Air with the m3 chip. This iPad has definitely blown me away with how fast and responsive it is. Well worth the upgrade. Also the upgraded base storage of 64GB to 128GB is amazing.

I’m 68 years old and have been retired for 8 years. Technically has changed and left me a little behind times. Employees at your store made it so easy and made Mr feel comfortable in explaining everything to me. Love this store and will be back for ALL my products.
