iPad is great. Unfortunately the Best Buy store clerk gave and sold me the wrong pen to go with this iPad which caused A LOT of issues while trying to set up the new pair. The biggest issue I have is that this iPad was purchased for a USMA cadet (in store at Best Buy even though I should’ve bought directly through Apple but needed it sooner) whom can NOT leave campus to return the wrong item we were sold. I live MANY states away!! Clearly the store’s fault as I had NO control over which apple pen to purchase since customers don’t have access to locked cabinets. Needless to say I ordered the correct pen (reluctantly) from Best Buy online to be delivered to USMA and my cadet is able to use the new iPad as intended to take notes in classes. NOW I’m tasked with having my cadet mail me the pen (which is an ordeal for cadets) so that I can return the pen to a physical store as I’m not allowed to mail it in for a return. Spent 53 minutes on and with Best Buy customer service people to no avail! Again, Best Buy store mistake NOW my ordeal to get my $135 refund from them - due to their store clerks mistake - while jumping through hoops along the way!!! Thanks a lot for your help and customer service!!!!!

I picked up the new iPad Air with the M3 chip and it has been one of the smoothest Apple devices I’ve used. The speed is noticeable right away. Apps open instantly, multitasking feels effortless, and even heavier apps like photo editing or drawing run without any lag. It genuinely feels like a mini laptop when I need it to, but still has the convenience of a tablet.
The size is perfect. Eleven inches is big enough to watch videos, read, or work comfortably, but still light enough to hold for long periods. The design is thin and feels premium, and the blue color looks even better in person. The screen is sharp and bright, and everything looks clean and smooth on it.
Battery life has been impressive. I’ve used it for streaming, emails, notes, and browsing throughout the day and still had plenty of charge left at night. It easily keeps up with a full day of mixed use.
I also like how well it works with the rest of my Apple devices. AirDrop, iCloud, Messages, everything syncs instantly. It makes switching between my phone, laptop, and this iPad really easy. The 128GB is enough for my needs since most of what I do is cloud based, but the performance alone makes this model feel like a big upgrade from older iPad versions.
Overall, the M3 chip makes this iPad Air feel incredibly fast and reliable. It’s lightweight, powerful, and convenient for both productivity and entertainment. If you want something that does a little bit of everything without going all the way up to the Pro line, this is definitely the one to get.
