My daughter upgraded from the ipad 10th gen & she’s been really enjoying all the features! She says the screen is really clear & it’s very fast.

Love it! Easy to use for my toddler on long road trips!

My daughter loves it. She said the color of law school at UNM is purple, she said this must be a coincidence. I said,"No! It is destiny! " This gives her inspiration to achieve progress with her education".

Replaced an older model. It was very easy to transfer data and setup. Battery life is decent. Best Buy staff were helpful. I ordered online. It was a very easy transaction.

Generally the device works well. Some things I’ve noticed include the touch screen doesn’t always respond. It may be due to the fact that I use a case with screen protector. When streaming videos the brightness defaults to the lowest setting. Fortunately the adjustment comes up so I can set to a viewable level.

Got this as a replacement for an older iPad. Have to get used to not having a home button. Lighter than my old one, which I like very much.

This iPad is strong and performs great. It is fast opening apps and running them nicely. I’m using it now and am quite pleased with it.

What a nice upgrade from the iPad 9! Crisp edges and clear screen.. just do it!! Best Buy is awesome and was great to work with on the store pickup.

Bought this for my daughter to use at school. Likes the pen since she has to make a lot of notes in margins and draw several types of diagrams. battery life seems OK so far.

The iPad Air I purchased was a gift for my wife. Her old one would not allow for email updates whereas the new one has been a perfect replacement. Many thanks to the helpful folks at Best Buy for the needed information provided.

Only gave 4 stars because It’s not a blue like in the picture and what I was expecting…more like a dull silver. To the point I took mine back to Best Buy because I thought they gave me the wrong iPad lol. The iPad itself - fantastic! I travel roughly 20+ weeks a year and wanted something to watch movies on the plane and at the hotel.
