Customer Ratings & Reviews

I recently underwent surgery and needed something to pass the time. This iPad has not left my side the past couple weeks. I was debating if it was worth it to spend the extra hundreds on something new or just get an older model but TRUST ME it was worth it. I use it to make digital art, watch videos, and manage phone calls. The best part - it can all be done simultaneously and the battery holds a charge for a notably large amount of time. I love this product. It is sleek, runs well, and is able to accommodate all of my post surgical digital needs!

She really wanted a pink iPad but was very happy when she saw this color in store, Build is amazing, very sturdy, Screen is beautiful and she carries it around everywhere to do online Classes and editing, battery lasts very long

Was able to trade in my old ipad super easily in store at my local best buy and they gave me more for it than apple was offering. Only took like 10 minutes to trade in and then I was able to immediately use my gift card to purchase my new ipad. Love that they offer financing options as well! Honestly, super pleased with the service and product overall!

The chip is really top notch for the price. 11” is perfect for me and it runs so smoothly. If you are looking for an ipad without going over the budget but still want the best performance, buy this product. The battery life is surprisingly good too. Definitely recommend!!!

I really love this product! It looks exactly like the pictures, the quality is great, and it works really well. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to others

Great iPad so far! Works really fast and the Apple Pencil pairs perfectly with it!

Is so much good, I love my and I don’t have any problems with the iPad or bad opinions about this

Setup/transfer from old IPAD to new IPAD was very easy. I was amazed how much better the battery is and how much faster it is for my games!

Love the quality I used for my job and it fits perfect for my purse.

Love my new iPad! The screen is the perfect size and its speed and features are unmatched!

Extremely fast device. Used for gaming, streaming and as a secondary monitor with my MacBook pro. Came from a Samsung tablet, this is a night and day difference in speed!

Apple product = Perfect, I love Apple. The Best Buy product = awful, pathetic, annoying, dishonest, disrespectful and also just not a good ambassador for Apple products. Not only where they provide me incorrect information regarding Apple care, they wasted my time and made me go directly to Apple. “Certified Apple service” ya right. Yall don’t even know what you’re talking about. Your customer had to correct you. Absolutely pathetic. Thanks but no thanks. Maybe you make it right with a gift card. Best Buy rep = “Ya so accessories like the Magic Keyboard aren’t covered under Apple care, you just have to buy a new one. Sorry man” Me = Negative, it’s covered as part of the Apple care plan for my iPad. See, it says it right here…. Best Buy = “Ok, let me ask someone… ok, I guess it’ might be covered but you should probably just go to Apple, I’ll have to do all these things and it will take a long time” - Best Buy Parker Colorado. The guy with awful hair who talks to much.

I recently bought the 11-inch Apple iPad Air 11-inch (M3, 2025), and I’m honestly very happy with it. The size is perfect — light enough to carry around easily, but still big enough for watching videos, studying, taking notes, and multitasking. The M3 chip is incredibly fast. Apps open quickly, games run smoothly, and switching between apps feels effortless. I mainly use it for browsing, YouTube, note-taking, and light work, and it handles everything without any lag. The battery life is also excellent and easily lasts all day for me. The display looks bright and clear, and the speakers sound surprisingly good for such a thin device. I also like that it supports the Apple Pencil Pro and Magic Keyboard, which makes it more useful for productivity and studying. One small downside is that the screen is still only 60Hz, so it doesn’t feel as smooth as the iPad Pro. Also, the accessories are quite expensive. But overall, I think the iPad Air gives a really good balance between performance, portability, and price. If you want a powerful iPad without paying for the Pro model, I think the 11-inch iPad Air is an excellent choice.

I’ve been using the 11-inch iPad Air M4 (Wi-Fi, 128GB) for a little while now, and I’m really impressed. It’s incredibly fast, whether I’m browsing the web, watching videos, playing games, or using multiple apps at the same time. Everything runs smoothly with no lag. The Blue color looks even better in person, and the iPad feels lightweight but very premium. The screen is bright, sharp, and great for streaming, reading, or getting work done. Battery life has also been excellent—I can use it throughout the day without worrying about constantly charging it. The 128GB storage is plenty for my everyday use, and the setup was quick and easy. If you’re looking for a powerful tablet that’s easy to carry around and built to last, I highly recommend this iPad. It’s definitely worth the purchase.

The 11-inch iPad Air is light, fast, and easy to carry, while still giving me plenty of screen space for browsing, streaming, notes, and everyday work. The M4 chip keeps everything smooth and responsive, and the purple finish looks great without being too flashy. It does not have every premium feature of the Pro, but it delivers the performance and versatility I need at a more reasonable price. A great all-around iPad.

More speed and pretty color, performances, portability

It is just as advertised. Performance is great. It is lightweight and the purple color is sleek.

This iPad Air works perfectly, shipped fast and love the color. The thin design makes it light weight and the features on the iPad Air are easy to use and set up was simple

I am so happy with this iPad. I didn't realize the limitations of having the Lightning connector until I started using this machine. It's responsive and has great screen clarity. The M4 processor greatly imporves the spped of this machine.

Much faster than its predecessors, great visuals and nice and light. Great for travel in place of laptop.
