The iPad is sooo nice. It is very fast and there is no lag.

I love my iPad. It’s great for watching movies or ordering more stuff from Best Buy. I also use it for navigation in my work van. I got it at a great price from Best Buy. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Excellent tablet for taking notes and entertainment

How do you not know about iPad? So I won’t review about it, just the way BestBuy packing. It is so bad. The box is not intact and dirty. It’s not even have plastic like original one. That’s why I don’t have the unbox-Apple feeling.

This is my 3rd IPad. I chose this model for a critical reason; the unlocked cell version contains the GPS electronics. I need this to use aviation moving maps . I also loaded up on internal memory for the same reason. I will say I was dissatisfied with the previous version as there are two items which will render the IPAD useless is a broken screen, not too bad because it is repairable and the USB charging port wearing out and was NOT REPAIRABLE! The older IPAD the usb was directly connected to the primary board and you might as well toss because it then could not be charged. The newer IPads have this circuit as a separate module. Having said this the IPad has a charging port which is separate. If you look on the back of the iPad there are three little dots. Those dots connect up to the very expensive IPAD key board and it can charge the internal battery without the wear and tear. Why do they not have a charging device which does not cost an arm and a leg? So that’s my complaint. Spend this kind of money and let a wearable part used every day which will eventually break. Are the designers brain dead? So the right to repair is something APPLE is Fighting. They reluctantly will supple parts but each part is coded to a particular serial number. I guess this is progress. So would I ever not buy an IPad? Nope in this day and time I cannot see me not being connected. I love the operation and the ease of use. Apple is fighting on another front not to have the iPad replace their equally great laptops. So they are careful not to let the systems overlap too much. So if you use apple products you will pay in more ways than one. I do believe they make superior products.

I have owned several Apple iPads, including two minis. This is by far the best one ever! The cellular option is essential to me, as I rely on my iPad for navigation and access to work files when my husband and I travel. This unit is quick and works flawlessly: I have used it to stream music through our car's Bluetooth speakers, access my documents on my Google Drive, and find restaurants and hotel options. Would I purchase this again? Without hesitation!

I originally purchased this iPad Pro 11 inch to be used for work. It is now used for mainly personal stuff with a little business as well. I would say this or the 13 inch or the perfect size. My iPad Mini is great, but more for travel than for longer term use. It works well, has good battery life, and is a great balance between my iPhone and my MacBook Pro. I should’ve bought this much sooner. Also, it seems to hold the Wi-Fi signal stronger than my phone. The cell service on it works good, too.

Absolutely love this iPad. Just the right size and so easy to use. Fits in my purse for on the go. I use for personal and work. Perfect purchase. I just wish I purchased sooner.

Works well and meets my needs. It was easy to set up and use. Works for all members of my family. Wish the outside communication option allowed a phone like feature. But overall, very satisfied.

I bought this iPad last year when it on sale, and it become the best purchase ever, I using every day without any problems, very fast, very convenient and with that price on sale, never find that kind of deal again.

February 14, 2024 purchase the iPad Pro 11-inch from the Savannah Georgia Store. Straight out of the box the iPad performed flawlessly as expected. However, and this is important not one review mentions the defect of this model iPad Pro? Working with the iPad, the screen went dark, powered down due to battery was my initial thought. But then would not charge or even indicate the power cable needed to be or was attached. Diagnostic by Apple® was unsuccessful though they were willing to sell me another one! As Best Buy Total Tech Member and a Monthly Subscription to AppleCare+ on the 11-inch iPad Pro 512 GB, the Best Buy Representative Required, Insisted the product would have to be inspected by a Geek Squad Agent in the Store. There they would place the iPad Pro on some “proprietary diagnostic equipment behind the magic curtain” only certain Geek Squad agents are trained to Operate? Objecting to the process of returning the product to the store, having someone do what has already been done by Apple representatives, and when they were not able to get it a resolution, I was informed the Geek Squad department would have to send the product back to Apple. So I paid $179 for an annual membership to Best Buy for a Geek Squad tech-support department who will send it back to Apple for me! In addition, I pay a monthly AppleCare+ subscription that allows me to send it back to Apple directly! Then Apple will ship to me another reconditioned “previously defective” product, because the 11-inch iPad Pro is now being Manufactured with the M4 Apple Chip. Request for an upgrade to the superior product having a negligible cost difference, but neither of the Company’s are willing to concede the Product is defective, and the Geek Squad refused to take the product in for the “diagnostic” because it was to close to closing time! The Consumer is not agreeable with the resolution, has provided an acceptable resolution. Consumer’s Resolution Denied! Buyer Beware?

The iPad, of course, is just fine. Anything less would be unacceptable and necessitate a return. Best Buy, though, offered it at a price that I thought initally might be a mistake. The price was the reason I bothered to upgrade the iPad I had. The delivery was delayed a few days, which did not matter to me, so I am highly satisfied with this Best Buy purchase.

This is an upgrade for an iPad Air I have used for a long time. It was outdated. I’m VERY happy with purchase. It has opened new doors for me and it’s pretty easy to use and I discover more things I can do with it using along with the Magic Keyboard and the Apple Pencil! It’s taken me awhile to get it out of the box as I’m a little intimidated with newer technology but, now that I have this I realize how much I’ve been missing over the years!

Scooped up a 512 cell M2 iPad Pro at a major sale. Everything has been great with this product and it has replaced my personal laptop & it is very easily traveled with!
