    The pick up and deliver process for best buy hasnt been the greatest experience lately *shrugs*...This was a mothers day gift, and they are overall extremely satisfied with the performance of this ipad.

    I will never purchase from BestBuy again. Their delivery service, Roadie, failed numerous times. They just choose that they could not deliver and don't even attempt to ship the item and force you to purchase from others.
