This review is for service, not the product. I received this iPad that would not connect to wifi. Told to return and would ship a new one to me. They canceled the order for the new one, so I purchased again. Working great and I love it. Then they return the original iPad back to me and now have a bill for 2 iPads. Very frustrated with Best Buy.

Worst service ever. I waited more than 30 minutes to do the return and ended up paying for the recycling process. According to Best Buy, you will not be reimbursed for the recycling fee if you buy an electronic item and return it.

I will never purchase from BestBuy again. Their delivery service, Roadie, failed numerous times. They just choose that they could not deliver and don't even attempt to ship the item and force you to purchase from others.

Very fragile tablet. Had a very small drop and the screen exploded. Not made like they use to be. Very disappointed

Terrible service, an enormous delay. I will never contact Best Buy’s technical support again. They are horrible, the worst experience I’ve had in many years.

I bought it new. But there is no plastic wrap, and the box is dirty. Does not look new. The product was returned.

would have been nice if the sales person actually ordered what I asked for. I will cancel the order and get it from apple.

I’m coming from a 4th Gen iPad Pro 12.9 to this M4 iPad Pro. I was instantly impressed with the thinness and how light it is. That however wouldn’t be a reason to upgrade, the real reason is the stunning OLED. Paired with the M4 chip I should be set for a good while before I need to upgrade again. If you’re on the fence about getting this new iPad I highly suggest taking the leap, you won’t regret it, especially if you’re coming from an older iPad without an M processor.

Apple iPad Pro 11” WiFi 256GB M4 2024 5th Generation is an excellent iPad. Fast, many wonderful applications and nice upgrade from my previous model. Having weighted options - Air - Mac - Pro this was an easy choice. MS Word is a dream on the Pro. The longevity of these Pros are very impressive, the operability will long exceed the upgrade of iOS upgrades. This gen Apple keyboard is the best of all options, lives up to the promise. The variable screen tilt is perfect. I have owned several non apple keyboards and the well known names were great until they weren’t. This feels much sturdier, and expect it to last the lifetime of the iPad Pro. The staff at Midtown Best Buy, Kayla and Ivanna were incredibly helpful. The online purchase was far from easy. so I particularly appreciated their efforts to expedite and conclude my purchase.

Super fast, amazing display, great battery life and very lightweight.

The M4 iPad Pro is amazing with its new oled screen and thin design. I upgraded from the M1 and the screen difference is astounding colors are more vivid, contrast is better and blacks are deeper. Editing photos and watching movies looks incredible it also has sold battery life. I would highly recommend the M4.

Wonderful screen quality and responsiveness! I upgraded from the 4th gen iPad Pro (2021) and downsized from 12.9" to 11". This size is a bit more portable!

So far, I love it! I wanted something light and easy to use. The 13 inch was not too much more in price, but I stuck with what I needed which I am glad I did. This is more than enough, and I can see myself easily putting this in my purse using it to travel and a nice portable option at home

Love it, the OLED screen is fantastic and the battery life lasts forever. Also, it’s incredibly thin.

This is the best iPad I have had yet. I had the 10 and upgraded to the 13 inch air M2, but it was too heavy for me. I love how lightweight this is and the screen is considerably better, the speakers are better. I’m so happy with it. It was an open box so I got a great deal And it was just slightly more than 13 so it was a no-brainer and it’s a 256 gig versus 128 on the air. I have tried Samsung because I love oled screens, but I always went back to Apple because of the operating system so this is definitely a win. The battery is lasting me longer than the air M2 13 inch.

This new iPad display is great! This M4 chip has my iPad moving fast. Playing my Xbox games on the iPad is surprisingly good.

I got it just to try it out but once i saw the screen and tried the new keyboard I was sold. I will not be returning it. If you got the money and care about screen quality this is totally worth it. Not to mention the thin and light design. Its probably my favorite electronic device to date. I do wish the screen was bigger in the same device by making the boarder thinner but its still an amazing screen.
