I purchased the original iPad(9) Pro 9.5" from Best Buy in 2017, and it's worked flawlessly since then. It uses the latest OS and is still fast enough. However, over the past few months, the battery has drained too quickly for me. So, when I was looking for an upgrade, I decided to stay with the Pro model; it is overpowered for a tablet and my needs. However, if this lasts another seven years, I will be happy. I purchased the 11-inch model, and the screen is bright and beautiful; you can see the difference. It is fast. I bought the Pro Pen with it, and I prefer this over the older pen. I know it has a more petite frame and more screen, but I prefer it. I miss the fingerprint button, and I prefer that over Face ID. It is a tactile feel and seems faster than Face ID. I have the iPhone 16, MacBook Pro, and this iPad, which adds to the echo system. I love the fact that I can copy something on my Mac and paste it on my iPad or vice versa. So far, I am very pleased, I got a great deal from Best Buy during a sale, picked up from a local store.

The OLED alone is worth a look at upgrading. This thing is super sleek now. Cant wait for the new software coming to see what it can do.

Great product. It is my second iPad Pro. I use it everyday for about everything from work related things to entertainment and reading. The BB staff was very helpful in determining my selection this time.

I’ve been having this product for the past two weeks and it has been really amazing. I’ve been able to get my projects done much easier with ability of the apple pen as a tool.

The display is gorgeous and when you pair it with the smooth 120 hz refresh rate, it just creates an aesthetically pleasing experience regardless of what you’re doing on the tablet. Keyboard highly recommended, pencil nice if you draw or take lots of notes

I went from a 2021 iPad to this pro version. Honestly if I could have waited for the new iPad I would have but wasn’t an option anymore. With that is mind: Love: - oled screen, colors are gorgeous and dark scenes show up well - responsiveness is excellent but not a huge difference to me since I don’t use this for much besides email, low graphic games, etc - space, number 1 reason I bought this iPad since I only had 4 gb left on old (68 gb) and that was after struggling to cut back Other: - battery length feels the same, maybe an hour longer - a continuing issue that it freezes sometimes when changing apps or you get stuck in an app with no way to close it (I use the assistive button to get around it) Again, if I could have waited I would have been just as likely to love the new iPad (with more space) the same.

Very light and very quick. Great for watching video , occasionally typing. I gave less 1 star because i still prefer the laptop or mac air to transfer data easier to usb chip or hard disk. But that is just my personal preference. That is the best ipad for the money .

I traded in two iPad Pros for my new M4 version. It is much lighter and faster than what I had. The screen is fantastic!
