it has heating issues, and hangs too much, reported to apple aswell, the customer support was not even able to fix the problems, even after updating to latest version the heating continues

This is my 4th iPad in 14 years and I don’t see any huge improvement that warrants this cost. I’m used to this ecosystem so not ready to make a change.

Some of the accessibility feature simply didn't work, Screen shows every single fingerprint, more so thaan previous models. Save yourself $400 and buy the Air..

I am more than likely a unique person for this annoyance, but I sent it back and got another new one of the previous version. Why? The oled color change. When the screen is tilted any it has a blue tinge to it, drives me crazy because rarely am I on a perfectly straight viewing surface. It’s usually propped on my desk, or on my lap at some what of an angle. Apparently this is how oleds are (ignorance on my part), but wow did it trigger my OCDs. Other than that everything seemed good.

I bought the first one last month and after having it for a week, it would not turn on after being fully charged. I returned it back to Best Buy and was able to get another new one since it was under the 14 day return policy. The second one did the same thing that it would not turn on and I returned it and this time I got a different iPad and there is no issue at all with my different new one. I have had a lot of iPad’s since having them for over 10 years and I never had an iPad that never turned on after being fully charged.

I don’t know if it’s my iPad, but the audio and volume on this new iPad doesn’t sound as loud as my phone when I play the same video and listen for the sound halfway on my iPhone and iPad the iPhone sounds louder? for some reason.

I don't know what the product is like as I ordered on July 4th and have yet to receive it.
It is not the product, it is the terrible service from Best Buy

Original order 1/26. Shipped within 2 days - shipment lost. Replacement order entered 2/3. Several calls and on line chats, there has been no movement. It’s now 2/14. New orders indicate shipment within 2 days. What is going on. Your agent hung up on me on the last call three days ago.

This review is for service, not the product. I received this iPad that would not connect to wifi. Told to return and would ship a new one to me. They canceled the order for the new one, so I purchased again. Working great and I love it. Then they return the original iPad back to me and now have a bill for 2 iPads. Very frustrated with Best Buy.

Worst service ever. I waited more than 30 minutes to do the return and ended up paying for the recycling process. According to Best Buy, you will not be reimbursed for the recycling fee if you buy an electronic item and return it.

I will never purchase from BestBuy again. Their delivery service, Roadie, failed numerous times. They just choose that they could not deliver and don't even attempt to ship the item and force you to purchase from others.
