BEST BUY SENT ME AN EMPTY BOX. This box was still sealed. It was never opened and they refuse to give me a refund. I have been back and forth with them I still have the box and they refuse to look at the pictures I sent them. Because FedEx dropped it off. I keep telling them the package wasn’t lost but they keep saying it was when I have the box still in. Hand never opened. They tried to get me to open it and keep telling me how do I know it’s empty if I haven’t opened it. Any person in their right mind knows an empty box when they receive one. Nothing inside the box moves. They refuse to give me a refund. I’ve chatted and called multiple times. They still refuse and tell me to call the police for a package that I received empty. Best Buy is a joke

The iPad Pro M4 is easily the most capable tablet I’ve used. It’s extremely fast — apps open instantly, multitasking is smooth, and even heavier creative tasks like video editing or illustration are handled without any issues. The OLED screen is a major upgrade. Blacks are deeper, colors are more accurate, and everything looks sharp and clean. Battery life is solid too — I’ve been averaging around 10 hours with mixed use. I mainly use it for work, notes, and creative projects. Paired with the Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil, it replaces my laptop for most tasks. It’s also very light and easy to carry around. It’s definitely on the pricey side, especially once you add accessories, but if you need top-tier performance in a portable form, this is about as good as it gets. Side note. This is also used for gaming like Minecraft and it renders chunks flawlessly. The bright OLED display helps you see in the dark when mining! 10/10 recommend

last time i had an ipad was 2018 but got rid of it within months of purchasing because the LCD screens sucked and iphone X had me spoiled with OLED screens. So year after year of new ipads and still no OLED screens all i could do was wait but finally in 2024 ipad pro has OLED and it looks stunning well worth the wait, no other tablet screen can compare to this ipad its beautiful the color the true blacks are amazing! Its way overpowered for a tablet no need for all that power atleast for me, its just an entertainment device to consume content, and no better screen than this one for that. Love how light it is, didnt have to be thinner but its apple being apple, the design still feels premium as ever and couldnt be happier with this device. Even though the design has been the same for the last few years cant complain its still a very beautiful device. Speakers on the ipad pro 11 inch are great even though i wont use them as much as i prefer headphones when it comes to watching movies and listening to music. Thunderbolt 4 is cool like i said havent had an ipad in years so not sure if its new but very handy when i want to use mutiple scrren and i can hook it up to my monitor. Great device overall despite the price spike its worth every penny and it was definitely worth the wait!

One of the cool niche features I found fairly useful with this iPad the stage view front facing camera during video chats. Since it’s an ultra wide camera it’s able to follow your face even when moving around in a large area and still center the camera as if you hadn’t been moving at all which is honestly pretty cool. Given the hardware the battery life still gets me though the full day whenever I decide to use my iPad over my phone, I never had to worry about the battery draining too fast. The overall package absolutely hits all the boxes for me If I had to choose something I disliked about it, I’d have to say the software. The software being the OS itself, it’s holding back the power of the M4 as it’s not being used to its fullest as iPadOS can be very limiting at times or specific workflows aren’t up to par with the hardware due to limitations of the OS.

Came back to this model after trying the 13 inch version for a while. Perfect size, powerful, and light weight. Perfect for using as a tablet or while paired with the Magic Keyboard. As an IT professional, I've used this for a full day of work with a paired keyboard and trackpad, also used it docked to a 27in display. I would only get the 13 inch version as a laptop replacement, not to compliment a MacBook. For a the ultimate tablet, this 11 inch M4 is the best fit, and great value even in advent of the M5...
