Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’m very happy with this iPad. The performance is extremely smooth, the display looks amazing, and the build quality feels premium. It’s fast, responsive, and great for everyday use, entertainment, and productivity. Overall, a fantastic product and definitely worth the purchase.

I originally had a M1 Air. However, I needed an upgrade. I went back and forth on getting an Air (M4) or a Pro (M5). I am so glad with my purchase of the M5. The speed, the screen (OLED) and size are perfect. You might think the OLED is too much but it is perfect. If you are debating between the two, my suggestion is get the Pro!

I am impressed with the speed of this device and the clarity of the oled screen. I upgraded my stprage from my 10th gen so when i download i dont have to worry about my storage.

I hate that I had to wait almost a month for it. I pre-ordered it from the PR Hato Rey store on the 16th of October and although I called customer service, online chats (over 8) lots of phone calls to just get hung up on, and I couldn't get a reason why it was so delayed, I ended up going into the store and asking the status of the device. When the customer service person said, I'll be right back with your ipad I was in shock. She even asked why the face and I explained and she couldn't believe it but didn't say anything about the delay or why it was not available before. I picked it November 5th. From now on I'll just buy these new products once they've hit the shop floor, I stressed out waiting for it for work and travel. Since Nov, 5th, I have not been able to put it down! It's amazing, that and the pencil pro is a match made in apple heaven. I am using it for digital sculpting and intense note taking while streaming music, audio and art tasks that I can do on the road and not have to take my Macbook pro (M4 Max). There is so much that you can do with this device that soon I feel you won't need a laptop for certain tasks, since the power in this device is unreal. I would recommend it, make sure it's a device that you will use because it is a bit pricy but the multi-tasking you can do on it is insane.

This new iPad from Apple is the best I e seen. The speed is incredible. The graphics are so crisp. Having enough storage to hold all of my music and photos is saving me money now that I can cancel xtra storage. Worth the upgrade for sure!

The perfect iPad. The iPad Pro M5 512GB has every feature you need in a tablet. The screen is amazing--best I have seen on any device. Perfect size--easy to carry around but with a screen that is large enough for easy reading. Upgraded from an 11 inch M1 and tried the 13 inch M1, but returned it because it was too bulky.

The screen is amazing looking at any 4K video! The other great thing is the battery life last for days! The new operating system has a great user interface!

Upgrading from my 2018 iPad Pro first gen to this version upgraded my setup to a powerhouse. I use my iPad for pro apps, lightroom, premiere, capcut, etc. and this has been the perfect setup on the go!

Finally bit the bullet and bought one for my new startup business. Love using it. Easy to carry and easy to use anywhere.

I must admit I love it and I got the matching keyboard that goes with but don’t really use it as much as I’d like to but back to the iPad Pro words can’t explain the joy I’m having with this toy. The oled display is simply unbelievably crisp and the iOS 26.1 is smooth as silk

Alsome does everything I needed it for and more. Love having face id on my tablet and how it seamlessly connects and works with my ipod pro 2 and apple watch.

Very solid device that can handle anything business or creative in nature. I have been quite impressed with it so far.

This tablet is so smooth I really love it specially playing ml

Very good iPad, its screen is very sharp, buy buy buy!!!

I was able to customize a lot on my screen without the need to download apps. It is also fast like an actual pc due to its RAM and great quality in general.

The 11‑inch iPad Pro with the M5 chip is an incredibly fast, responsive tablet that feels as quick as a high‑end laptop in a much more portable form. Apps launch instantly, multitasking is smooth, and even heavy workloads like editing large PDFs, using pro creative apps, or juggling multiple work apps don’t slow it down. The size hits a sweet spot: big enough for serious work and media, but still light and easy to hold or toss in a bag. The display is a standout: colors are vibrant, text is razor‑sharp, and the high refresh rate makes everything—from scrolling to Apple Pencil use—feel fluid and natural. Paired with an Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard, it becomes a flexible workstation, note‑taking pad, and sketchbook all in one. Whether you’re marking up engineering drawings, coding remotely, or streaming content, it feels premium and immersive. Battery life comfortably gets through a full day of mixed use, and the speakers, cameras, and build quality all live up to the “Pro” name. The main downside is price, especially once you add storage and accessories, and iPadOS can still feel limiting compared to a full desktop OS for certain workflows. But if you value performance, a top‑tier display, and a portable device that can shift from tablet to near‑laptop with the right accessories, the 11‑inch iPad Pro M5 is an outstanding choice.

This iPad Pro has quickly become my favorite work tool. The screen is stunning, the performance is lightning fast, and it’s incredibly easy to use for content creation, planning, and everyday productivity. I wanted something more flexible than a desktop, and this hits that sweet spot perfectly. Portable, powerful, and beautifully designed. Very happy with this purchase.

I’ve been extremely impressed with the iPad Pro M5. The OLED display is stunning with vibrant colors and deep blacks, and the M5 chip makes everything incredibly fast and responsive. Whether I’m streaming, multitasking, editing photos, or using multiple apps at once, it handles everything effortlessly. The battery life is excellent, the build quality feels premium, and the overall experience is exactly what I expect from Apple. If you’re looking for the best iPad available, this is an easy recommendation.

I am beyond thrilled with my ipad purchase from Best Buy. I use it mostly for creativity and productivity. I draw a lot, journal, manage my productivity, etc. It’s fast, responsive, a joy to work with, battery life is good, graphics are excellent, storage is a drastic improvement over what I had. With a keyboard case attached it’s the best of both worlds. Highly, highly recommend.

I’ve been using the iPad Pro with the M5 chip for both work and entertainment, and it’s been incredibly fast and smooth. Apps open instantly, multitasking is effortless, and the display looks amazing for videos and editing photos. Battery life has also been impressive throughout the day. It’s expensive, but the performance and overall experience definitely make it feel like a premium device.”
