Loved it but was tired of fighting memory issues. Love this thing and no worries about memory issues for a very long time.

The WORST Customer Service possible.

Extremely unprofessional on BB side which required me hours of trying to navigate the telephonic automated service to get updated delivery dates. The delivery dates were canceled so many times that BB stopped giving me an estimated delivery date over the month I waited for delivery. I’ll never purchase anything else from Best Buy that in not sitting on the floor infront of me. I’ll gladly pay more someplace else rather than go through the extreme mental anguish of this major customer service malfunction.

Will never do business with Best Buy again

Save yourself some time and headache and buy from somewhere else. There’s a chance they send you the correct product, but if they don’t, have fun dealing with their atrocious customer service.
