As with the accompanying lightening cable, I purchased a cheaper version at another store and the adapter kept failing. I returned to Best Buy, bought the Apple 12W USB Adapter. I've had NO PROBLEMS.

This adapter is awesome! It charges much faster then the standard adapter you get with your iphone. It is a great value based on performance!

Charges the iPhone in half the time. Put your phone on airplane mode to charge and it’s super quick to get to 100%. Would recommend.

It's a charger, I know some don't want to pay the price for Apple OEM but it's so much better than any after market charger that I have bought. No heat problems, no charging problems.
