This was a necessity to buy. My wife's iPad want charging. Got a new battery installed and needed a new charger. This one works great.

Its a frrat item if you have a iphone this charger will charge your phone faster than the one that come with your iphone worth the price.

This is the original charger for the iPad. Because it is larger charges at a higher setting it works faster than some of the iPhone chargers.

It works. It's not the "fast charger" but it's faster than using the small 5w USB block, and faster than the 7.5w wireless charging.

We purchased this product for our granddaughter. She needed a new one and her preference was this Apple adapter. Good name, good product, happy teenager.
