It works fine but price was too high for older ipad

I was hassled about not wearing a mask while entering and shopping in your Tustin Avenue, Orange, CA store. Your store policy, which requires people to wear masks, is onerous. I have a medical exemption under the ADA, and your company needs to recognize that not everyone can wear a mask. The salesman who helped me find the products I needed was wonderful. He had to pull the items from your stockroom inventory. He didn’t hassle me about not wearing a mask and treated me with respect. I shop from the Tustin Avenue location because it is conveniently located. I can just as easily shop elsewhere, and may do so if I am hassled again by your employees. There is nothing wrong with the products I purchased.

This does an adequate job of charging my laptop, however, it is rather heavy/bulky and sometimes falls out of the wall socket unless it's propped up to hold it in place as it's heavy.

Well the only thing that I can say negative about this product is that it costs $20 and then you have to buy a $20 cord. It isn't cheap but its a must have for your ipad

I think all Apple products are over rated. Would have bought a cheaper one but warranty states must be used with Apple charger.

Unfortunately Apple goes for minimalism over clarity. It's difficult to tell which products this is sized for. Way better than third party though.

While replacing my original Samsung phone charger a Best Buy person siad I should buy this Apple charger instead of a universal charger because it would charge faster. It does charge, but has trouble charging while my phone is on. Maybe I should have bought a Samsung charger or the universal charger at Best Buy.

Apple chargers are overpriced but they reliably charge your gadgets. Just be careful you don't fray the cables.

I game a little but also do a lot of typing. This keyboard covers both. The only problem is the software for the lighting. It takes a little while to figure out.

It charges devices. Works well with iPads but you can plug other devices into it.

Charges my iPhone XS Max pretty quick. Use your MacBooks power cord for even faster charging.
