This product works well chargingbut too expensive.

I have Ordered this Apple iPad charger on sale and end up with a disappointment. Have ran to local store during this coronavirus stay at home !!! Because it will cost me to ship it back. I give two stars for curb side services

A little pricey! I bought as a replacement for a lost adapter

didnt need so i returned, but it would have done the trick.

Power adapter is not what I really thought it would be.

I will need a few more tries. Apears to be slow...

Although I decided to buy a used (Supposedly in excelente condition) unit because it was fairly cheaper than a brand new one, I later realized it was a terrible choice. The item came extremely filthy and damaged (the metal part was bent!). However, I visited a a physical BestBuy store and they replaced it for a new one right away. I was more than happy after that. Now I am not so confident about buying used items from BestBuy

Inferior quality product. Not sure why apple accessories don’t last even up to a year.

I think both the cable and this product should be sold together.

It broke after would slide back on and off, this specific on was a defect.

Not as powerful as an authentic Apple charger but it gets the job done takes a while

It didnt work at all. I went to nearest store to return it, then i got to know that the item is counterfeit one. Instead of asking the guy who returned it prior to me, they denied my return and asked me to call customer care. I called and they finished the process very fast my asking me to ship it back. It was good experience with customer care but bad with nearest store

Death in family,forgot plug and cables. Bought this way over priced,expletive deleted, unit because it was all they had in the store. Phone refused to recognise the plug. Very slow charge even with new apple cable.Charged better without it. Cannot return as my 15 days are apparently up. Sorry I bought it. Unfortunately Best Buy won't let me post my true thoughts.

Description stated Apple product new but open box; does not work! Tried with my phone, daughters phone and iPad. Does not charge any apple products. If a spark happens there is a buzzing noise then an error message saying not compatible with accessory. Complete waste of time and money.
