I like the compactness of this adapter, not having to carry two separate bulky pieces like before is definitely a big plus!

Their customer service has improved. The sales person was very knowledgeable. It was disappointing that I could not readily retrieve and redeem my points. The points are no longer emailed and easy to use.

I needed a 12 watt charger for my wife's Ipad Lesser wattage chargers would not charge it up over night She wanted me to buy her a new battery I researched it and found that I just needed a higher wattage charger Problem solved

I somehow lost my original charger for my iPad and was trying to charge it with a cheap aftermarket charger....let's just say, I had to find the nearest Best Buy to get a charger to get my iPad charged.

This USB power adapter is the very best you’d want to charge your Apple device. It’s well built and does its job! I wouldn’t trust my iPad Air to receive a charge from any other product than this one.
