    I absolutely love it I use it for so many thing for my photography edits and school and work… The color is beautiful I got the purple one and I love it! The battery last forever I use everyday and I hardly have to charge it… It just overall amazing

    Let me start by saying I LOVE best buy and I LOVE apple products. I bought this ipad as a ‘gift to me’ because I lost my MACBOOK. I wanted something flexible btween tablet and laptop and this was perfect! And they even price matched for me when I found it cheaper elsewhere. I was so happy i even gifted one to my Mom for Christmas and she loves hers too. I will always buy my gadgets from BB! Everyone here is always nice and helpful.

    My kids bought this Ipad Air 13" for a birthday present for my wife & she absolutely loves it. What's not to love? Big, bright image. Beautiful audio. Fast response time. Best of all, with the M2 chip she's able to use her embroidery & sewing apps & they work flawlessly which she couldn't do on her several year old smaller Ipad Pro. The other thing that she constantly raves about is the battery life. I imagine the M2 chip tackling tasks with greater ease than the processors on previous generations has a lot to do with it but it's pretty impressive how long she uses it throughout the day & still has 30-40% battery left or more. If I had to give it a negative it would be the lack of face recognition. I just took it for granted that an $800 device would have a feature her smaller, several year old & several hundred dollar cheaper Ipad Pro has. It wouldn't have been a deal breaker if we realized this beforehand & we should have pickedmover & questioned the specs a little more but that's what happens when one assumes. All in all, still a GREAT upgrade.

    The purchase of the IPad was great. The guy that helped was very informative. However, what we were told on the phone as to what her trade in was and what we received were two different figures. We got almost half what they promised over the phone. The price was good and made up for the difference from the Apple Store.

    Great big screen and it’s fast my only issue has been it is so big that I can’t reach the buttons while still holding onto the iPad, when the buttons appear in center of the screen as I could on my previous iPad, which was much smaller.

    This iPad 13” is exactly what I needed. I was torn between a MacBook Air and this IPad. I am so glad I bought the IPad 13.” I do have a case that I have it in along with the pencil pro. Love the size! I can set it up like a desktop by placing a mouse and a keyboard as accessories, works perfectly. Or I can use as a tablet. You would think it would take up a lot of space, but no. Love the versatility.

    Bought this for my daughter who has fixed fingers that make using her hands difficult. The addition of the pencil has made a real difference for her in navigating the iPad. The size of the screen makes it easier for her to see. She loves being able to create art and make cards. Great upgrade for her.

    I had needed a new IPAD for some time as mine was about 10 years old. I looked at the IPAD and the IPAD AIR. The air had more features that I liked. So far I love it. Long battery life and color
